Extremely poor service, an unreliable agency. We are tenants in a house and have sent multiple emails to notify the agency that our smoke alarms are expired, yet the emails are being ignored and we are being dismissed on phone calls? A legal requirement of a house, yet they are choosing not to acknowledge it. It is alarming that they would do a disservice to both the landlord and tenants, jeopardizing insurance payouts if a fire were to occur whilst the expired alarms are in place.... Read more
