We were Interested in buying a listed property that pearsons were marketing and David & Charles were obliging in allowing us to visit on several occasions so we could place our offer based on detailed knowledge of the property. Recently found myself looking for a new home just before Christmas. With the current market being sparse to say the least I am so grateful to Dave Dobson for quickly finding me somewhere with a decent landlord (previous landlord left me cynical after four years of neglect). I've hardly had to lift a finger, none of this jumping through hoops prospective tenants have come to expect these days. I totally recommend getting in touch with Dave at Pearson's if you are one of the many tenants that have fallen foul of the glut of greedy landlords hiking their income after two tough years for everyone. He has gone out of his way for me, friendly, efficient and great communication. Five stars.

David Dobson went above and byhond what you could reasonable expect from an agent. Where possible he helped questions be answered quickly which in a stressful process was much appreciated. Even on completion day he went that extra mile to deliver keys when I had car troubles. I am happy to recommend his agency. Thanks

Within days of listing my property with Pearsons, we had several viewings booked.
Offers came in and we achieved the price we wanted.
Despite the whole process being plagued with problems in the chain (none of which were to do with Pearsons), both David and Charlie kept us in the loop and chased other parties to get things through.
They offer a very personable service, and make you feel important. They are not pushy and listen to you.
Moving house is very very stressful but Pearsons keep everyone calm which is what you need.
I would defiantly recommend Pearsons.

This was the 3rd estate agent I had used for the sale of my property in Andover. After Graham & Co. and Your Move failed to sell or even get an offer after over 1 year trying, I chose it was time to give Pearsons a chance. WITHIN a couple a weeks, we had multiple views and offers on the table!! The whole experience was great and personable, with updates on the progress as and when I requested them. Thank you all so much but especially David for all the hard work with getting my sale completed and over the line!! Would highly recommend!!

We have just had the absolute pleasure of buying through Pearsons Estate Agents!! Highly professional, experienced, knowledgable and extremely helpful as we were relocating to a new town! Best commiunication we have ever experienced when buying (this is our 5th house purchase) Always one step ahead with regular updates, knowledge of everyones progress up and down the chain as well as very helpful advise and assistance when requested! Friendly, approachable and personable staff who worked as much for us, the buyer, as they did for the seller! Highly recommend these Estate Agents and will most definitely use them ourselves if/when we move again! Thank you Pearsons Estate Agents!

The worst estate agents i have ever encountered. They are just out to fill their own pockets at the expense of others. They were extremely arrogant and unkind. Dishonest as did not put offer to vendor and said would only do so days later when they could get everyone's best verbal offer and then contact the vendor. Just downright conniving and illegal. Do not use them at all! Austin Hawk by the far the best!!!
be sure to always be in the real estates present when making an offer and watch them make the call!

Without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Slow to respond with offers made to the vendor and tried to create a 'verbal auction' bidding war amongst interested people to inflate the properties price. Dishonest and unpleasant people to deal with. Don't bother, use a good estate agent like Austin Hawk instead.
