We rented a property for two years, and have been amazed by the responsiveness and support during our tennancy. When we needed repairs they were tended to swiftly, and when we had our 6 monthly inspections it felt more like a catch up with a good friend. Thankyou for everything. Highly recommend them for all aspects of property rental or sales. Top notch!

11th May 2026 (29 days ago)Lewis Reed at Austin Hawk was brilliant in helping us purchase our house. He was personable, transparent, efficient and always on the ball throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he genuinely went above and beyond to help keep everything moving smoothly. The whole experience was made far less stressful thanks to Lewis’ communication, professionalism and proactive approach. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Lewis more highly and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

I have just sold my house through them, and what felt like a never ending process (due to unforeseen circumstances), they kept me updated throughout so I was never left guessing or wondering what the next step was. 29th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.

25th May 2026 (15 days ago)Until it was sold, I rented a property through Northwood for over 3 years. During my tenancy (which included the time that the house was for sale and on the market, so I was liaising with staff on both the lettings side and the sales side) I found the staff to be kind, approachable and empathetic. Whilst the house has now been sold, so I have since moved out, I was fortunate that my landlord was considerate, responsive and fair throughout my tenancy and afterwards (with regard to my deposit return). Overall, aside from the obvious sadness of having to move out of my rental property, I had a positive experience as a tenant with Northwood, as the staff were always supportive and lovely.
