I called for a property few weeks ago and I was told I would have been called back by someone, I believed what they said, so I waited, after a week still nothing so I called again and asked to see the property just to be told that the property has just been let. Very disappointed because I could have rented the property.

I’ve rented with your move for just over a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the service and kindness, especially from Joe. He is definitely the most helpful and sweetest estate agent I’ve met yet. Always very responsive, polite, understanding and terrific at what he does. I’ve never had any problems with your move and am very grateful to have such a lovely estate agents to rent with. I’ve rented with 3 different agencies and your move is definitely the best.

My partner and I arranged to view a property with Your Move and on the day, met with Joe and the viewing went very well. We made an offer on the property, followed by giving our best and final offer. We were then informed that the owners had had an independent valuation done as part of the process for repaying their help to buy loan and that the house was actually valued at £330,000, not the £325,000 guide price that Your Move had it listed at. We were advised that the property was priced at £325,000 as the owners were aware the property needed some work to it. We spoke with Joe to find out if we would be able to negotiate with the owners, we wanted to know whether they would be willing to do some of the work needed if we agreed to the new price, or if they could meet us halfway. Joe advised us that Oliver (branch manager) would give us a ring back. My partner eventually called the office back shortly before it closed and was told by Oliver that he had forgotten to call us. Oliver was not helpful at all with the feedback and essentially told us that if we wanted the property, we needed to offer £330,000. We decided to offer the new asking price the following day, and my partner mentioned to Joe that we were disappointed with the feedback from Oliver regarding the negotiations. Oliver called us back not even two hours after making our offer to tell us it had not been accepted. He opened the conversation by saying "Hi, it's Ollie from Your Move. I heard you're disappointed in me, no one has been disappointed in me since school" which we felt was an unprofessional thing to say. Then, when we asked whether the accepted value was in excess of ours, he said "let's just say the value wasn't the issue". That was then the end of the phone call.
This has been a very negative experience for us and has really put us off looking at properties with Your Move. As a young couple looking to purchase our first property together, this experience was really disheartening and has knocked our confidence with the purchasing process. We have emailed the Franchise Administration & Customer Relations Manager and had no response back.

Your Move in Andover were simply amazing! Out of pure luck we had noticed a property we liked the look of, within 24 hours of viewing it (and loving it!!) Oliver and his team had sold ours at the asking price before it had even gone on the market!! This enabled us to then be in a position to have our offer on the place we loved accepted!!
They are always available when you need to get in touch and guide you every step of the way.

I have used Your Move to help let my flat very successfully over the past 30 years. Throughout that time, Chris from the Andover Branch has been my POC. She has been brilliant throughout the whole time, always friendly, communicative and most important of all, quickly and effectively addressing any issues and problems that have arisen along the way. I couldn’t recommend her and the wider Your Move team more highly

Oliver, at Your Move, Andover, so impressed us that we changed our estate agents and sold our flat through him instead. The service at Your Move, Andover, was always excellent. Oliver was professional and helpful. He supported us through each step of the move and helped us maintain momentum when things became a little stuck!
