Pearsons Southampton sold us our new home and we completed on Friday. We are very happy with it. Pearsons have been extremely efficient and good at getting things done, keeping everyone in the loop. It’s all been very easy, from viewing and offering with Simon Dawson, to completion, with the sale progression being managed by Adam Croniken. Adam is a major asset - on the ball, responsive and helpful. He makes himself available to assist with any question that arises and liaised well between ourselves and the seller.<br>The whole team are great and we thank you all. Five stars!

We can’t thank the team enough for everything they did to help us through what turned out to be a very challenging situation. From start to finish.<br>Despite facing multiple hurdles along the way, they navigated every challenge with complete professionalism, patience and unwavering support. They consistently went above and beyond, showing real dedication to getting everything over the line.<br><br>Communication was outstanding throughout and we were always kept informed, our questions were answered promptly, and we felt supported every step of the way. Their hard work and reassurance made a difficult process so much easier.<br><br>We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish these guys are the place to go to. Talitha was exceptional, guided us from the viewing all the way through to us moving in. Honestly Talitha was always there to answer any questions we had and kept us fully abreast of everything. This is our first time renting in over 30 odd years so it was all new to us.<br><br>Talitha found us an amazing property with great landlords and her shear hard work and persistence made this come off in a very tight timescale (we were completing the sale of our property in Wales to move back).<br><br>I cannot recommend Talitha or Pearsons Southampton highly enough. Talitha is a credit to her industry.

My wife and myself have been staying in an apartment managed by Pearsons for a year before moving to London. I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

We could not have wished for a better estate agent. Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus! We cannot recommend them highly enough.<br>Help yourself and pop into the office , you will be delighted as well as served well by super people and not dissapointed.

Tom at Pearsons has been fabulous. He had a professional and personal approach right from the start. He came armed with all the local comparable house prices when valuing my property and this gave me confidence in him and our valuation. He’s team then sold our house quickly and maintained great communication between us and our buyers. Tom and his team were and professional throughout!
