Avoid this estate agents like the plague. Me and my wife have been renting properties for 12 years without any hassles until we took our most recent tenancy out with Connells. Issues arose the moment we paid our deposit. It started with Connells wanting us to get pay our first months rent before we even moved in, apparently because they account for the 3 day bacs delay (not our problem), then when confronted about the issue we was told we was never asked to pay in advance and they doctored the date on the paperwork, however we have both lots of identical paperwork with different dates as proof. Then once we moved into the property we realised there was no TV signal throughout the property, after consulting James at Connells he said the landlord had agreed to pay a TV ariel engineer to see what the issue was but it would be easier if we contacted them as we knew when we would be available (all verified by email), so we did, and once sorted we presented the invoice for an ariel amplifier which was part of the the ariels integral system (according to the engineer) to Connells who then went on to say the landlord does not have to pay, which was in direct conflict of the first email. Now we find that Connells have also switched our energy suppliers without our consent to Spark Energy. We had already arranged British Gas to take care of our supply, how dare they, with no notification put a bill into our name. This is the worst agency we have ever dealt with. I honestly recommend that anyone reading this considers elsewhere first.

Justin is an honest, very kind and patient Estate Agent, and the agent you want for selling your property. Although I took my house of the market due to personal reasons, Justin was understanding and very kind, if I was to sell my property I would go straight to Connells and Justin, you just do not find honest, kind and professional Estate Agents like Justin. Would highly recommend Connells to sell your property. More people give bad reviews than good, however when something is excellent and beyond expectations, people review. This is why Connells has all five star reviews..

I was dreading having to go through the process of our remortgage as it has always felt very invasive to me in the past but Linda changed that whole experience for me. I felt very relaxed through the whole process, she was very polite, welcoming, efficient and made it all seem so simple. Linda was also very responsive if I had any questions and reassuring if I was worried about anything. 100% recommend her if you are looking for a mortgage.

They are terrible ,we changed to Oscar James Corby office ,the service was like night and day ,they sold my house within hours of having it .

I found Pattison Lane to be fantastic for me and my family. Not only did they sell my house but they found me a house to buy as well that wasn’t even on the market. Phil and Sadie are experienced professionals who tell you as it is.

They got me, on average, a viewer per week through my door and it goes without saying that one of these viewers has bought my house. Phil and Sadie and the team deserve a lot of credit for everything they did for me. They are straight talking, they price houses fairly and they are competitive on price. They answer the phones and they reply to emails.

If you are looking to sell a house, and you want a fair conversation, speak to them. I did, and I didn’t regret it. Thank you Phil and Sadie.

She was with us through the whole process of letting, beginning with the viewing appointment up to the contract signing and follow up correspondence. She was understanding and supportive and we felt that our case was taken with great care.
