Brilliant estate agents. I was with them for just eight months but wished it could be longer as they were great. Solved every problem quickly, very communicative and the small team meant you had a real close connection with them. Not like a lot of the chancers around, Perfect Living were always honest and helpful. Would rate them six stars if I could.

After many years of difficult relationships with three popular national letting agents an associate introduced me to Lee of Perfect Living with whom he has been doing business for some years. Initially, I was a little sceptical however, I can safely say that Perfect Living has provided a completely different experience. Lee made the process of contracts and negotiations wonderfully easy and took extra steps many other negotiators fail to appreciate. They never fail to find very good tenants. I am also kept informed of contacts made and their efforts in securing tenants for all my properties. Certainly, a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.

Perfect living sold our flat and I must say the service they provided was fantastic. They kept us informed every step of the way, chase the solicitors constantly and gave us great advice from the outset. I would definitely recommend them if your looking to sell in the Streatham area.
We contacted several other agents in the area but none of them could match perfect living's 1% fee.

My partner and I were searching for a 1 bed apartment in the South West area
for a couple of months and had no luck. We went to various estate agencies
that were unhelpful, dismissive and very stereotypical. We then came across
an independent estate agency called Perfect Living and I can honestly say
they were brilliant! They went to great lengths in showing my partner and I
every property that suited our criteria and booked us in for viewings. We
are now currently living in what I call a lovely home because of the extreme
work ethic Perfect Living delivers. Perfect Living signifies a very helpful,
friendly and professional attitude and made us feel very welcomed. And
judging by my experience with them, I would defiantly recommend them to my
work colleagues, friends and family In the near future.

The estate agents Perfect Living made myself and my girlfriends lives hell for the past two years of living in one of their properties. The flat looked great when we arrived, but after a while things started breaking that never got replaced including the cooker, freezer, fridge, boiler.
The house was completely covered in damp which never got sorted and is now the reason the new tenants have not moved in and we are still yet to see a single penny of our deposit.
Avoid this scam of a company at all costs!!!

Very professional and friendly. Perfect Living is quite different to other property agents. When you are dealing with them you can feel that they care about their properties and tenants. Definitely recommend them if you are tiered of dealing with other large agents. They, indeed, provided us a Perfect Living! Thanks to Lee Chamber!

We have just moved into a three bedroom property through Perfect Living and i must say what a great service they have provided. Dealing with Lexxi was an absolute pleasure as it was the first place we have rented we had many concerns, but Lexxi put our minds at rest every step of the way. Definatly reccomend!
