the worst agency I've ever seen in my entire life, I've lived in four different countries, and I've rented several properties in London, they're terrible, they're not professional, if you need them, they won't do anything to help, just no, if you ask, They are rude, in my case they even blocked me from WhatsApp, I had numerous problems, including due to their irresponsibility I spent days without hot water, because the boiler in the house I rented stopped working by itself, they were rude to me and my wife. Previous tenant review: Emma's estate agents are one of the least professional agents i have ever dealt with. They made promises before the tenancy to get the deal over the line and then never followed through on them; these issues were never resolved. Additionally, they attempted to deduct ~£1500 from the deposit unfairly; this was settled via the DPS ~3 months later with the independent body siding in our favour. This is because Emma's claims were completely unjust: - Filing for a professional clean ~£500 when we had already provided evidence that we had the flat professionally cleaned upon departure (&and there was no evidence provided that the flat was cleaned at the commencement of the tenancy) - Filing for a full flat redecorate ~£1000 even though the marks argued were present at the start of the tenancy, fair wear & tear and also only on one wall in the flat. All in all, my advice to prospective tenants is to avoid Emma's estate agents and my advice to current Emma's tenants is to document absolutely everything; they will try and claim money from your deposit on the off chance you don't have counter-evidence to provide.... Emma's were friendly, responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire tenancy process. From the viewing, to signing the agreement, to maintenance throughout the tenancy and then all the way to checking out and returning the deposit, they made the process easy and a pleasure to deal with. By far the best agency I have used during my time renting in London. Highly recommended.... Read more

I cannot recommend Emma & her team enough. We sold our flat through them & despite all the stresses that come with buying/selling, as well as the added worry of the pandemic, they were professional, reassuring, friendly & extremely responsive. We were very well looked after throughout, receiving constant updates & never going long without a reply to our questions. I rented a property from a private landlord which was managed by Emma's Estate agents. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that the rental was not in good condition and mould appeared quite quickly and extensively. Emma's estate agents worked tirelessly to try to resolve the issues with my landlord, which eventually resulted in my landlord agreeing for me to exit the property before the break clause and also compensation in the form of rent reduction. Emma's also ensured I received my deposit back in full. They were always there to help during a really stressful period and provided a really person and tenant centred service. I'd highly recommend them as agency. The flat wasn't clean properly when I first move, so I contacted them and in a couple of days they fixed it. They respond very quick via email or phone call. They're very keen on helping, no issues was left unresolved. Everything was sorted out quickly. They're also very responsible and reasonable. I would recommend Emma’s for anyone looking to sell their property. Will was a friendly estate agent who was always very quick to answer queries and assist in keeping the process moving. The only minor hitch was that the listing for my property had a mistake on it when added to Rightmove and Zoopla which made it look as if it had been on there for months longer than it actually had been.
