Really quick and efficient support on finding a suitable rental property - added a few items to the contract to be done before we moved in, removing the extra bed, attachment for showerhead etc
Moved in - still had ex-Tennent items, bedding, clothes, cigarette ash in sinks, broken washing machine etc nothing really cleaned and nothing was done that we added to the contract - Malixons said it was the responsibility of the landlord a bit annoying as they told us to add things we wanted to be changed but clearly landlord can just ignore that.
The landlord couldn't remove the broken washing machine for the whole 13month tenancy because of "a bad shoulder" - Malixons again just reminded us upkeep was through the landlord nothing they could do.
Spent two weeks contacting Malixons to get the deposit back - they just kept saying they couldn't contact the landlord and gave attitude on the phone saying "Yeah well" when I mentioned how long it had been - Thanks James top service. Only got the deposit moving once we officially went through DPS and still have heard nothing about the return of the overpayment of rent.
I'm sure the Malixons on their own might have been fine but when you have an unresponsive landlord they just burry their heads in the sand and don't offer much support.

I cannot express enough how amazing the Malixon team is. Hamzah, in particular, went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us complete our Lettings. We were under an impossibly tight timeframe, with lots of complexities (and non-usual requirements) and he navigated them all with ease.
He tailored the various services and documents to suit our precise needs and kept us informed along the way. He delivered everything we needed in record time and exceeded our expectations.
We were not worried at any point because Hamzah always flagged any areas of concern to us. Furthermore, he supported us in making an informed choice by providing great, impartial, and in-depth advice. We felt we could trust him completely.
His emails were always very comprehensive, answering all our questions and more. He was professional, funny and a joy to work with.

I am not the effusive sort (as you can tell by my other reviews!), but I must say Jade was awesome.
From remembering that I had expressed an interest on the flat but passed, then months later calling me out of the blue to inform me the concerns I had expressed about the property had been addressed, to the final exchange and completion.
I did not realize what an incredibly convoluted and archaic process purchasing a flat in the UK is, but Jade was there every step of the way, patiently explaining to me the ins-and-outs, responding within hours to my phone calls and emails, liaising with the solicitors and the vendor to smooth out bumps in the road and swinging by the flat to drop off the needful.
I felt very much that she was far more interested in delivering a positive client experience than the churn.
I'm more than satisfied.

I recently used Malixons' services (as a tenant) and am happy with the way in which they handled my move-in.
The agent (Sam) was always on-time for viewings. Though he had arranged for simultaneous viewings (with other potential tenants) I did not feel rushed and was given the attention and time I needed.
He was always courteous and quick to respond to emails/ queries.

Be careful if you are buying property from this agency as the sales team will play with your offer and make you loose time and money. They will also reveal what are the others offers so that you will increase yours. This is an illegal process they are using to push prices up and probably hidden commission with buyers!!! NO NO NO

Really great at finding tenants.
Sadly when I didn't renew the contract Malixons kept nearly £3000 of my money. It has taken 13 months for the Ombudsman to come to the decision that this branch need to return my funds in full. Yet to receive any form of apology. There are so many decent agencies, my advice would be to choose another.

Great to experience straight-forward, honest and transparent agents. Sam was great at keeping us up to date with whats going on in our transaction each step of the way. After I had liaised with 4 other high street estate agents and having a family members property on the market for over 3 months, with lots of time and money wasted, and as i was about to give up, I was referred to Malixons estate agents by a friend.
Within 1 months I had 5 viewings from professional Tenants via Malixons, where I was given the opportunity to actually choose between my family's preferred choice of Tenants. I was given ample time by Malixons to dialog with the new Tenants, to make the flat convenient for them, before their move in date.
The exchange of contracts, keys and fee's was made very easy by Malixons services, which led to a very comfortable move in day. The experience i received from Malixon was of complete professionalism, manners and understanding, from their estate agents, who conduct viewings, to their receptionist, to the general manager, who's advise and assistance was vital in my family achieving this contract.
Two months on and the tenants are still extremely happy, as my family are. All promises that were made were kept, and I could and would advise/refer anyone looking to rent or sell a property, to pop into Malixons like I did and make your life a lot more desirable.
I would like to give a huge thanks to all the Malixons team and staff and Manager, and hope for a continued great relationship in the future.

One of our friends recommended Malixons to us and although they are not based in our area, we have used Malixons twice for our rental property in North London. On both occasions they have found us good tenants after having carried out all checks and referencing. They were very accommodating and we were not disadvantaged in terms of viewings even though their staff had to travel quite a distance. They are very knowledgable, approachable and patient with queries, whilst providing professional advice. We would definitely recommend them!

I had a very good experience with this agency. Sam did a great job finding me the perfect match despite my hesitancy with using an agent again after previously being messed around and Franca was very helpful in keeping me upto date with the progress of what was going on at every step of the transaction. Zara did a great job of getting the paperwork to me in a timely manner so that I could sign the contract in advance and make the necessary arrangements for a perfect replacement of my current tenancy.

The team in the office are very polite. Offered us tea & coffee when we walked in. They seem to know a lot about the area and were very helpful in giving us real advice opposed to just sales patter. Had my property with two other agents but you managed to find me tenants quicker and better than the previous offer i had from a big fancy cafe style agent. Please never use this agency. Both myself and my tenants have had an awful time with them. They agree to offers to tempt you in. Currently going through courts to get money back. Easy case to win but very stressful. Lots of other places on the high st. Choose them! 3 of the people giving them 5 star reviews work for them ???? If you’re on Facebook have a look and see people honest experiences of using them.
Response to response from owner: unfortunately your response is factually incorrect. I am under no legal obligation to relet the property through you and am in fact moving back in to the property. You terms and conditions DO NOT state a second year of letting the property as a requisite for the 0% offer.
I can post your replies in which you state that you never entered in to the 0% offer agreement with me even though you then sent 10 monthly invoices with that listed.
In NONE of your communications prior to withholding funds do you mention retracting the 0% offer. I am happy to post those communications going over a 10 month period. A very helpful housing charity finds your actions not only highly problematic but encourages me to go through the courts as it is such an obvious case to win. In fact 10 months in to our 0% offer contract Ms Tevari emailed me to say that the company had to make money. A 0% offer I’m sure on most occasions leads to more business. On this occasion it didn’t as I am returning to my property. That does not give your company the right to suggest that we were never in a 0% agreement or that me moving back in to the property entitles you to a fee.
Therefore your withholding of funds is illegal. I am still awaiting a final response letter from Ms Tevari.
In addition is it not stated that your employees are rating your company in their rating. Google’s terms and conditions state this is not acceptable. To boost your companies ratings by employee ratings shows how you run you’re business.
The court will judge my situation and if am I wrong I will remove this review.
I only wish that I had researched the practices of your company prior to use. There are many many customers who have experienced poor service from yourselves, mainly including withholding of funds. That it a matter of public record. I am a member of a local Streatham group and posted about my experience of Malixons there. Sadly I was not alone in my poor experience.
