We recently sold our house in the village through Saddlers as our local agent and was very pleased with the service. We were fully kept up to date on all aspects of the process, with very professional photos and brochures, viewing feedback and updates as the sale progressed and concluded. The whole team, Marylin, Rob and Mark all Certainly went above and beyond and really demonstrated their value vs online estate agents i'd used previously. I would fully recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Mark and Marilyn at Saddlers. From the first viewing of the advertised property we were interested in to the final closing, they were responsive and helpful. At the first viewing, Mark kindly showed us a second property better than the one we were interested in -- and that was the one we ended up buying. There was never any pressure. Our conveyance process was painfully long and Mark and Marilyn helped greatly with facilitating communication that helped keep us on track. Only hiccup was finding all the white goods not working and having to be removed--but that was our naive belief in good faith and not having tried to inspect them before we sealed the deal.

I contacted this estate agent regarding a property and my experience has been appalling. They have lied to me, leading to my family missing out on a house. We were in a fantastic position and were willing to offer over market price. I will not be using this estate agent or recommending them to overs. A perspective buyer should never be lied to and I feel that this agent has also let their vendor down.

As a couple, we have had a fantastic experience with Saddlers. After enquiring about some properties found online which were sadly already being rented, the team at Saddlers helped us to find a similar property perfect for us. They were extremely helpful, always kept us well informed and when shown around our now home, the agent was very knowledgeable about the property. On agreeing that we wanted to rent with them, Saddlers were prompt to put things into motion and made the process of tenancy agreements, check in dates and inventories for the house, quick, easy and hassle free. From start to finish we have had a wonderful experience with the team at Saddlers and would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use their services again when the time came.
