Phoenix is an independent residential sales estate agency based in Sutton Bridge. Covering the local catchment area extending into Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire & Norfolk. We launched February 2010, but our Director Jane & Manager Jaimie have worked together locally in estate agency since 1999 – so benefit from a wealth of experience & past customer recommendation. They are supported by our fantastic team of local, experienced & qualified staff. 2022 British Property Awards winners in Holbeach.

Disappointment. As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.... Didn't generate enough leads and the quality of the leads they did provide were not really good matches. It takes a long time to get ready and prepare your property properly for a viewing so it is very demoralising when in the 1st minute of a visit you have been sent someone not really suitable.... We have used Phoenix estate agents to sell quite a few of our family homes would highly recommend Jaimie and Chloe. They are always polite and always keeping in contact to keep you update on what is happening with your home from the 1st day on the market to the completion of the sale. The photos Jaimie takes always look good and the write up and details she provides about your home is always fantastic. The 1st time we used Phoenix estate agents was after our house had been on the market for months with only one viewing with another estate agent and Jaimie sold our house within a couple of weeks . As I rarely review anything but on this occasion I will make an exception having used Phoenix estate agent on several occasions now I have found their service exceptional and totally professional in every way from the house appraisal to sales preparation then dealing with any issues you might encounter during the sale process in my opinion they go beyond the normal which is a rarity these days. called to talk about an unpaid bill from the previous owner which is resulting in legal/threatening letters from utilities provider. Phoenix are not interested, extremely rude, abrupt, have no customer relations skills of any measure. It has Phoenix Estate Agents name on the bill and they are just totally dismissive of the debt that it is in there name. Having dealings with many Estate agents I can honestly say to everyone, if you like rude, obnoxious, abrupt people, then choose Phoenix as they excel in POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you use them to rent a property out DO NOT USE PHOENIX, would you want Phonenix Estate Agents Ltd to represent you and your property, the behaviour they have shown is not acceptable.
