We weren't able to get the property BUT i still want to say that out of all the agencies that we used to book house viewing, this is the only one that made a great impression. SARAH listened to what we had to say esp the unique circumstance we had; showed the property and explained it well unlike the other agencies where agents just let you go around but not tell you anything about the property they're showing or once you tell them the circumstances they just refuse to book you for a viewing, Phoenix is not like that. Our circumstances were different as we were looking for a home for our best friend who's moving from another country with 3 little kids and Sarah was the only one compassionate enough to entertain us. She is a great asset to the company! For that alone i'm giving a five star! Thank you!
Update: THE WHOLE TEAM IS AMAZING! Sarah, Claire, Lee, Masoud etc. (Hope i'm right with the names) are all extremely helpful. We missed the first house we viewed but a few days later we got a call that they have another property if we were interested, it's a newly refurbished 3 bedroom it wasn't even on the website yet and they helped us all throughout the process until my bff finally moved in. Very good communication and very patient and understanding team!

Not a positive experience. Every time I call this branch they speak to you as if you're a child and need to be explained every aspect in simple terms. On several occasions I've also heard them speaking about people in appropriately in the back ground with each other. Doesn't seem to be a professional work space.

When you move into a property very helpful 6 months later we moved out left it immaculate which he didn't quibble about but he did not tell us we would have to pay the rent untill another tenant moved in. We payed our fees to leave early ect and this hidden fee should of been explained before the day we was handing the keys back... When i questioned this nice man, his attitude changed making my partner go and pick up a handful of weeds at the bottom of the garden never mind the fact we left all new blinds decorated and had actually shaped the bushes and left it absolutely gleaming... The actual landlady was one in a million but as for the letting agents thats a different ball game, i called my landlady infront of the man and he was not aware of who it was, and he also took up the same tone with her handed me the phone back and said who was that? The look on his face when i said the landlady! He could not call her back quick enough! Please just be careful with hidden fees as we had emails with all the fees and this was not on there or explained to us.

We have been staying in one of their properties and everything is in order. All the documents to be signed are well written and prepared. The house when we moved in is clean and top notch condition. Repairmen they sent taking care of our utilities are professionals not just a cowboys from outerspace. By the renewal of our tenancy agreement, all you need to do is read and sign because the papers are already organized for you. I can give 10 stars if I could.
