Super happy with how Martin took us through to an exchange of contracts, including finding us the most efficient conveyancing solicitor we have come across, unearthing old paperwork (probate sale) that will no doubt prove very useful later on, as well as providing great and transparent communication. Where to start, these are two amazing guys who couldn’t put more effort into their job than they do.
I was an executor for a relative who passed away in London and I live in Devon so not the easiest job to sell a house and deal with all that being an executor entails.
Martin and Simon took so much of the work off my shoulders and made sure that I was kept up to date with offers and visits by prospective buyers when I couldn’t be there.
They achieved a brilliant price for us in a very short time and pointed out who were the would be buyers in the best place to complete a sale with the least hassle.
We are about to complete next month after exchanging contracts last week so looking forward to everything going through without any problems.
So, two great guys, very personable, smart and on the ball, couldn’t fault them, we made a great choice and are very grateful for their hard work.

We worked with Martin securing a rental property in Richmond. From the start he was exceptional friendly, efficient and clear in his communication - much appreciated given we were returning to the UK from Canada and had to work through the entire process virtually. Martin's attention to detail and professionalism shone through from the start, particularly important for us given the natural stresses of moving countries and the logistics/complications surrounding that. It was also clear he respected (and was respected by) his own client on the other side of the transaction which is testament to his character and gave us a lot of confidence as well.

I am so refreshed, Clements Habba re NOT your usual estate agents!! Personal, friendly, REAL service, not sales or pushy and they work at a PACE! I just been through the purchase of my first home, Simon Habba made this feel like I was doing viewings with a friend. He was supportive through the process with lawyers & so helpful (recommending solicitors, carpet people along the way). Couldn't recommend enough.

Just solid from start to finish. We had many round to pitch for handling the sale of our W London house and CH head and shoulders above the competition with insightful points well-researched prior to visiting making our decision to appoint them an easy one that proved the right one.
A sensible price and sales plan was swiftly put in place based upon a straightforward strategy borne of their combined experience and insightful knowledge of the market and specific area trends.
Viewings were lined up quickly and with the correct organisation of notice and details given to us in good time. These bore fruit with a solid buyer perfectly positioned as the perfect fit for us and them on the property. I've had no end of pleasure dealing with Martin & Simon. They helped us sell our house in Brackenbury for the price we neded, and they found us our dream house (not even yet hit the market) which is a complete gem of a house - there are only 2 like it on the street. There were a LOT of stumbling blocks and Martin helped us throughout. I like them both so much that we are still in touch! Best thing about them is they are honest and straightforward. Dream team.

It was a pleasure to work with Martin & Simon.
We instructed them on our house in Brackenbury Village and were delighted when within a week of marketing they had well over 30 well qualified viewings which resulted in seven offers, three of these over asking.
The sale & purchase had its complications and I am sure without the professionalism and years of local knowledge both Martin & Simon bring it would of fallen through.
