Since this company has been taken over in 2024 it has lost its professionalism and customer service. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.... The whole experience with Property Express has been absolutely excellent. From the first phone call to arrange a viewing all the way through to collecting the keys upon completion - quite simply, excellent. 12 years ago I drove a Lamborghini on a track day - it was the first and probably last time I will ever drive one(!) - and the instructor made it feel like it was on a conveyor belt. It was very much a case of 'in and out, who's next'! The repetitiveness for the instructor really shone through. Property Express were the complete opposite! The lovely voicemail I received upon completion from Neil and the way Leah spoke to me was lovely and it made me feel really valued. Neil and Leah seemed as excited as I was, when in reality, they've sold 1000s of houses and it could have easily been "just another house sold".
