Vicky was absolutely amazing!

I couldn't recommend her enough. She was efficient getting the ball rolling and sorting everything. In under four weeks from viewing the property we had gone from nothing to having our mortgage accepted.
If anything we couldn't keep up with her. Both she and Luke kept us up to date, contacting us regulaly with updates. She is worth every penny.

Using an agent to rent a property is always risky because you love the property but sometimes you can luck out on getting a good agent managing it. I found that Rhys Dalby was friendly, efficient and professional. He kept me in the loop of what was happening with the process all the way through which is a rare thing. I chose Vicky Tambers as my mortgage broker. She had been so helpful on every stage and did everything really quickly for us. She was fantastic all the way through and kept us informed throughout the application. She was able to find us the right mortgage, very pleased with her work. Bagshaws found a buyer in January/ Februaryof 2020 and a sale was agreed later and then lock down was imposed on us.
However, since the relaxing of lock down Bagshaws informed me on 16/05/20 that the buyer had withdrawn from the sale.
Initially I was not that happy with the photos used online and asked them to redo some.
Several members of office staff not exactly respectful; rather patronising when on the phone.
Also sometimes the viewings relayed were incorrect times.
