The wrong property was shown on the attached video walk through to the websites showing the property. Some information given me prior to agreeing to go with Bagshaws was not correct. Price guide for similar properties showed several advertisements for our property from 10 years ago. Just received after several weeks confirmation of property details. Changed Office within Bagshaws to early to conclude yet.

PLEASE AVOID
Promises repeatedly unfulfilled and communication dire. Whole move process caused health issues for all involved. Compared to our agent they lacked in every area needed for a smooth move. Just NOT efficient, communicative or helpful.
Rebecca tried her best but due to rest of team was unable to resolve many issues.

After the death of both of my parents 5 weeks apart, needed a valuation of their house for probate. An appointment was set for 11am. By half 11, no sign and no call to say where they were. Called the office, who then said, oh its not like him to be late, let me call him for you, I said thank you, she then said, OK then bye, and put the phone down! After nearly an hour late, he turned up and advised that he would get the valuation in an email to me Monday, today is Tuesday so again called the office to be told he's not in today. So an important valuation needed to get paperwork sorted for probate, has been held up by a shoddy customer service estate agents. Would recommend looking for a different company who have at the very least customer service skills

Awful letting services from Bagshaws, Derby. Constantly had to chase them to complete basic tasks such as a copy of the draft tenancy agreement, amendments to it, updates, incorrectly received the wrong amount for the rental payments on multiple occasions, payments were also not made to us promptly despite several chasers, gave them many chances and expressed my frustrations during the process and yet again they were unable to complete the final task of paying our rent payment to us in full promptly and with the correct amount. That was the final straw and I sent my complaint about this to the manager Tye Alton (who had dealt with us throughout the process and so was aware of all the issues we have had throughout) who just responded to say the remaining amount of rent had now been paid to us, with no apologies or acknowledgment of my dissatisfaction with the service from start to finish. Will not be using them ever again to let my property or any future properties. Avoid at all costs as they make the process harder for you, would have been easier to deal with letting it myself.

Was dealt with by a lovely gentleman called Rob he was absolutely amazing despite me being abit difficult he remaind calm leased with landlord and moved us into a beautiful property. Kind, attentive and really friendly this man delivers and deserves a play rise ???? thank you again to Rob and bagshawws for there service ????

A very professional letting agency who offered the highest degree of service I have experienced in Derby. We had someone come out to value our home so we can put it on the market, weeks later we still received no communication from them so we decided to go elsewhere, we didn’t want to be the ones doing the chasing up.
Fast forward a couple of months we constantly get calls from them asking if we are still looking to put our house up for sale, we explained that its already been sold and we’ve found a property to purchase, they say they’ll update their system so we don’t get more calls. Every 2 weeks we get the same exact call!! I tell them to stop calling and to update their system and somehow they still call and ask the same question!! I’ve now blocked their number because it’s getting ridiculous ???????????
