I wouldn't even give them a 1. Poor service. Lack of communication. Didn't notify me 10 days before end of tenancy of reductions to deposit as they should do required by tenancy deposit scheme. They notified me after I chased them 4 days after end of tenancy. I was quite happy to make those changes so i wouldn't be deducted on my deposit repayment but they didn't let me. Poor administration from them as theyve lost my inventory so there were items to reduce deposit repayment however were not mentioned in the inventory. Would never go with them again. Absolutely disgusted. We always paid our rent and are young professionals. I will be raising this, and I just hope others understand who they are renting/buying from.... Read more
