Very happy to recommend Marco Harris. Good marketing and sales,. Excellent communication throughout (particularly when things got sticky with tiresome delays further down the chain). Determined follow up team worked hard to get information to us when things appeared to be stalling, ressured and advised through the whole process.

Brilliant service from everybody at Marco Harris, from the very start through to the end. They really care about the finest details to get your property sold. All the way through the sale they were very informative and let you know what stage the sale is at. A very professional business that makes customer satisfaction their priority. Would highly recommend and I will use them in the future.

I attempted to sell my property through the agent I bought it through, 6 years prior. Choosing them as they had knowledge of the house and had the highest sales in the area recently. The property was listed for 6+ months without success before I made the switch to Marco Harris.
The MH advert was night and day compared to the previous agents' advert and the house sold within a week! Sold to a 1st time buyer with multiple offers from other buyers refused.
We have now bought and sold with Marco Harris and have to say they are in a different league to other "leading" agents. Well done team ???? and thank you.

I found Marco Harris Estate Agents excellent. They sold our house on the first viewing and from start to finish they kept me informed every step of the way and when communication with solicitors was dragging on they stepped in to get things moving again. They gave us excellent service, the best we’ve ever received from an estate agent and we’ve moved around the country quite a lot over the last 40 years. All the staff, whether in person or on the phone were always polite friendly and very helpful. I particularly liked the way all the staff were aware of our situation. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend this estate agent enough - I have worked with at least 15+ different estate agents across England and Scotland in my life and I can safely say these are by far the best. Honest, transparent , supportive and knowledgeable - frequent and helpful communication throughout, Daniel and Coren were amazing and we will be recommending them to everyone! Initial communication is great, photos excellent. Unfortunately we changed from this agent after four weeks. In that time Marco Harris got us 5-6 viewings in total, none of whom actually seemed interested in the house & feedback was disappointing. As we also felt their social media promises were underwhelming we took the decision to switch agents. From then on the demeanour of the agent changed dramatically, all of a sudden we had 3 viewings & were repeatedly being asked to lower the price, which we refused as we had already agreed to do this with the new agent. The manager however was very helpful and agreed to let us out of contract two days early.
Within 24 hours of the new agent having the property we had 3 viewings & an on the spot offer which we accepted.
Overall disappointing however we may be in the minority with our experience.

We planned to buy our first house so started viewing the properties with Marco harris, Shannon showed us a couple of properties, she was very patient and clarrified all our doubts. We are really impressed with their service. They are very professional, honest, patient and happy to answer all our questions.They have very good houses on their website and the photographs are just mind blowing.
We are very happy with their service as they respond very quickly.we are totally excited and eager to purchase our first house with them.

From start to finish Kieran & the whole team at Marco Harris where professional, easily contactable & passionate in their work.
They are not like any estate agent I have ever used before & trust me- that’s a good thing! The whole team know exactly what is going on, they have a WhatsApp group set up where you can speak at anytime of the day & you can tell the creativity that goes into each and every one of their listings. Not only that they are a lovely bunch of people who genuinely want to help you sell your house & they did it in no time at all! Even with our first potential buyers dropping out - Kieran was straight on to getting it resold and did within 24hours. The videos and pictures Connor took blew our minds too! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks team!

Amazing experience once again, renting our second property with Marco Harris and they couldn’t have been more helpful or made it easier. Both times have completely fulfilled the brief and found our perfect home saving me from the daily scrolling through endless rentals that weren’t for us. Wouldn’t use anyone else
