It was a pleasure to have Russell and Beth to sell my house.
I had two valuations and Russell was warm, honest, and very helpful, I trusted him completely to keep me informed at all times.. The photos and Video produced by Beth resulted in offers on the first day of viewing.
Unfortunately things didn't go smoothly due to a number of factors but Russell supported me fully throughout the ups and downs, resulting in a final sale and completion. The selling process can be very stressful but with the right Estate Agent with a positive attitude it all works out. That person is Russell Walters, positive and determined. Russell and Beth are real people persons and they'll look after you from start to finish.

I really cannot recommend Beth and Russell enough, from beginning to end they’ve been hugely supportive and have always been available by email/phone/text- really going above and beyond for us and making our sale as pain free as possible. Moving house is always stressful but they were happy to help wherever they could, recommend people in the industry to use and to answer any questions we had. A very difficult sale for me and my siblings following the death of our mother. I met Russell and Beth for an initial meeting and they understood exactly what we needed from the sale, were professional, empathic and immediately supportive. They took on all the responsibility and stress from the very start and kept us updated throughout. The process (for us) was simple, quick and stress free.. which you never expect when selling a house! I highly recommend. Exceptional service throughout and I'm now using them for my own house sale!

I could write an essay about how wonderful Russell and Beth have been, how lucky we feel to have found them, and how much they've supported us through our first ever experience of selling a house - but I'll try not to! We were house hunting for a short while and we stumbled across a house on with R B Walters. Although we ended up buying our home with another agent we couldn't fault the service we recieved on the house we did view with them. We wouldn't hesitate to have viewed more houses with them purely because of the attention to detail! It's not often I want to leave a review off my own back but I must say the knowledge of the house was superior to many agents we used and nothing was ever too much trouble! We didn't feel the pressure tactics of other estate agents and we weren't made to feel we would be gazumped because of the current housing market, we were given ample time to properly look around and imagine it as our home. We felt safe to offer what we could afford without fear of being laughed at because of the current 'offers over' market. Everything was open, fair and it was a much more enjoyable process.

Finding Russell & Beth’s organisation was a totally new experience compared to the high street estate agents we had been battling with over the past 11 months of our relocation search to to the Cotswolds. Nothing ever was too much trouble. Russell kept us informed regularly throughout the purchase process and even dealt with liaison with our own solicitors on a weekly and timely basis. As a buyer we've had an opportunity to meet many state agents on viewings from various agencies. Unlike other agents, even from well known companies Russell was very professional, kind and represented each house we viewed with high standard and care, although he had extremely good knowledge of each property- there were not questions he couldn't answer.

Genuinely there are not enough superlatives to express and explain how fabulous R B Walters are!
Both Russell and Beth are warm, friendly, passionate and have a knowledgle of property selling which is second to none.
From our first meeting they were both professional and caring, no request was too much trouble. Appointments were booked at a convenient time for me & my partner and nobody was allowed to visit without being vetted to ensure they were legitimate buyers.
Previous Estate Agents messed us around and nearly stopped us from selling....R B Walters have restored our faith!
