I have been leasing a property managed by Rand & Co for the last 18 months and can't be positive enough about the service received in that time. It's unfortunate the lease has come to and end and I have to deal with another agency; I wish I could take the team there with me! They have a very personal approach as a family run business and know their tenants and properties well which really makes a difference when inevitable issues arise. Anything that did come up with the property was dealt with swiftly and professionally and I can't thank Tom and Graham enough for their approach during my tenancy. Would highly recommend.
