Well.. persistent if nothing else, we sold our house 6 years ago - not even through these chumps- and they're STILL phoning me to try and get business, each time I've answered their call 'ooh we'll take your details off our system' and each time I don't they leave a voicemail asking me to return their call... must be desperate.

At the start of this year myself & my fiance spoke with Fox & Sons to engage the process of purchasing our first home. Their broker Rebecca Lake (Becki) was recommended to us by a family member and we couldn't be more grateful to have been introduced to her. From the get go, Becki was efficient, friendly and informative. Purchasing for the first time is incredibly overwhelming and it really helped to have Becki there to guide us through the entire process from securing the MIP to haggling a great deal on the property and even checking in on us post move. If you are looking for help with a mortgage I would definitely recommend Francesca here. She was wonderful, really took the time understand me and what I needed and helped me through what is not an easy process. I felt looked after and with a great level of knowledge about mortgages.
If you want someone friendly who is a great person and really cares then go to her! She is far from the stiff wooden mortgage advisors of the past!

I have recently completed my house sale via Alex and the team - Ellie and Aaron , I never thought I would be able to sell my Victorian Terrace, and within 3 weeks of it being on the market (this includes the Christmas period and another lockdown) it was sold, we got a good price, and they helped me with the negotiations. I don't think I ever want to move again from the lovely little chalet bungalow I've just purchased but if the need ever arise I would use Fox's again!!

New manager Simon has been so helpful to us and as of yet not actually selling through them - mores the pity. Walked into their Hangleton one day seeking advice as the service through our current agent was not going as planned. Simon really listened to what was going on, our personal circumstances and also took on board exactly what we were looking for and trying to achieve for ourselves. His professional insight, amazing personal astuteness and his genuine willingness to help is invaluable. Equally good is that I have been treated as an adult, never been spoken down to and even better, never heard one bit of ‘estate agent spiel’. Really believe he’s been honest regarding his client and property base. I believe Kayleigh office administrator has been quietly carrying the branch virtually single handedly until Simon arrived.

I attempted to arrange a viewing with Kayleigh on Thursday for a flat. I heard nothing by the end of the day. On Friday, Kayleigh was out of the office so I spoke to Dimitri – still no viewing arranged. At the end of Friday, he offered a Saturday viewing but he needed the owners to confirm even though the Rightmove advert says they have an open house on Saturday – very odd. I was to receive a text straight after with the property address. I received no text and I haven’t been contacted since – it’s Monday! Appalling and very poor service!
