Absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They called us themselves, arranged and confirmed property viewings, and then nobody from the agency showed up. We were left waiting with no explanation, and when we tried calling them, they didn’t answer.<br><br>This has happened to me multiple times, so this clearly isn’t just a one-off mistake. If you can’t organise a viewing properly or have someone actually turn up, don’t waste people’s time by booking appointments you have no intention of attending.<br><br>Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful of customers’ time.
