Great local estate agents, showed us many homes that met our criteria to help us work out exactly what we wanted to purchase. Always managed to fit viewings in around my work hours and were happy for us to bring an assortment of family members along for second opinions.
Once we found a place we were interested in Simon and Philippa were always there if we had questions, always responded faster than anyone else in our moving process. Felt very looked after and supported through the whole process that very much reduced the stress of moving.

I sold my house this summer through Redwood and Sons in Barnham. In view of the difficult market I did not have high hopes... However Redwoods found me a buyer relatively quickly and the legal aspects of the sale went through very smoothly, using a solicitor recommended by Redwoods. Also, they have been extremely helpful in negotiating with the buyers on my behalf, both before completion, and even after, when there were some issues with the final meter readings and unredirected post. I am very grateful to them for assisting me with this, and I would unhesitatingly recommend Redwoods to anyone looking for an estate agent who is friendly, efficient and helpful.

Simon and Phillipa go above and beyond in their role as estate agents, nothing is too much for them.
When selling our home and buying the next property through Redwood and sons Simon was always their guiding and helping me with whatever help I needed. Simon and Phillipa are always helpful at the end of the phone and what I liked was being able to speak to them via the phone rather than just e mails. I feel that gives it more a professional touch.
If Simon tells you he will get something done or sorted for you he does his utmost to do so.
My husband and I highly recommend them.

We looked at several estate agents when trying to buy a house. So many of them tried hard selling tactics or were particularly smarmy and condescending.
Not so with Redwood and Sons. They were friendly and professional from the off, always happy to chat and I felt comfortable with them as they were never pushy.
On every occasion I visited I was always met with a smile and a "nice to see you" rather than being treated like an inconvenience.
Furthermore, when we completed on our house, it was a nice touch to receive a gift bag with champagne and chocolates...
I cannot fault their service and would absolutely recommend them over any of the larger chains.
