A 5?? service from the most professional, helpful and caring members of staff at Reeds Rains Eccleshall. They made putting our house on the market smooth and easy, their communication was amazing and the effort that was made to ensure our sale went through was over and above. We had a long wait with a few bumps in the road, but Rhian, Nicola-Jane and Maddie were incredible throughout the process. We can’t ever say how grateful we are for how hard this team worked to ensure we completed on time and the effort they made to support us. I highly recommend the team here at Reeds Rains! Negligent lettings. Admitted to their failure to insert a break clause in the tenancy contract despite me having explicitly told them to do so - as I had planned to give notice after four months with a view to marketing the property for sale once vacant. Instead ai am locked in for a whole year's tenancy and might not be able to issue a section 21 if the Renters Reform Bill goes live before the end of the tenancy. Reeds Rains have refused to offer any compensation despite admitting liability in writing. I have been stone walled. They have not dealt with my complaint professionally despite it going all the way to the MD. They have been reported to The Property Ombusman and I now await resolution. The property press will be hearing all about this in time. Do not trust your business to Reeds Rains as a landlord.

I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter.
Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.

I just want to say a massive thank you to Sofia and the team at Reeds Rains in Huddersfield for helping us get our beautiful new home ????
After being let down at the last minute for another property we were supposed to be renting, I spoke to Sofia who advised they had the perfect property for us. We arranged a viewing straightaway and absolutely LOVED it! Sofia was so lovely and knowledgeable and ensured everything went through efficiently for us.
