My property at Leyland is being managed by Reeds rains, Chorley branch. Being a new landlord and also converting my property into an HMO has been extremely stressful. But thanks to all the staff at the Chorley branch for helping me out with every step; particularly the Lettings manager Nick Reid. He has so much confidence in his voice that it was very reassuring when I spoke to him; thereby making the whole process less stressful for me. Even after being transferred to another branch he continued to look after my property until it was all ready to be let out.
I cannot thank you enough and I will highly recommend Reeds Reins. Fantastic staff!!

This is my first experience with Reeds Rains and I can honestly say its been a pleasure from start to finish. As I needed a property quickly Nick Reid (Lettings Manager) went above and beyond to help with this and we actually got everything turned round within Tow days and that is from viewing the property to moving in! I am more than confident in saying I cant see this happening with any other estate agent. t was down to Nicks hard work and experience that I moved in to my lovely new home in no time. He has kept in contact afterwards to ensure I have settled in and all is well. I don't have the best credit in the world but reeds rains have helped me past this and have really helped me get a place to live. I was on the verge of becoming homeless and the staff at the reddish branch have been fantastic and helped me out massively.

Can't fault the staff always friendly and happy to help. Quick at responding to emails and made me feel welcomed when I came to the branch. Hopefully I'm with them for a few years to come.

As a landlord with Reeds Rains, I and my wife are utterly disappointed with the level of service received. We signed up to their full management service and after 2 years are yet to receive any kind of service. The list of heartbreaks is still ongoing despite requesting to end our contract with them, which seems to be more stressful than owning a property! Communication and Data protection are not things they value considering our latest issue with them!!!

Not sure I would recommend them!
