I dealt with a number of estate agents while searching. I can confidently state that the team at Reed Rains are incredibly attentive and professional throughout. Simple things like always being contactable via phone or email and little things like creating letterheads for official offers and responses. Rebecca was instrumental in getting the deal over the line once my offer had initially been rejected.
Even post picking up the keys I was able to reach out to Emily and ask any questions. If I am ever in a position to buy/sell I would definitely use them again!

I have recently used Reeds Rains to rent a property after living out of the area for 18 months. They were a personal recommendation by my parents who had worked with Reeds Rains to sell their home and they had a really positive experience, with the least amount of stress. They have helped us liase with the apropriate people for maintenance work and been curtious throughout our stay. We have recently moved to another property which was also through reeds rain bamber bridge office and the team were extremely helpful in providing extra services outside their job role in making it a smooth transition from one property to the next. They went out of their way to manage to find a property still on our street which they explained our circumstances to the new landlord and aided our confirmed rental. They offered to help move our bills over and went above and beyond by one of their team, Tim, actually helping move a few items over to our new property, which was convenialently a few houses down. Donna has acted on behalf of a number of sales of mobile homes on Carrwood Park. She understands the unique rules and sales process involved in selling a mobile home, liaises very energetically between the sellers and buyers to ensure a very smooth completion. I rented a property with Reed Rains and after a year my Landlord decided to sell. I offered to buy the house and my Landlord was very happy for me to purchase the property. I would update my Landlord on the progress. When I got a Decision in Principle I called the landlord and told him and he told me to Contact Reed Rains because he was still happy for me to buy the house. I gave Reed Rains the Decision in Principle only to Receive a phone call the following morning from Donna saying the Landlord doesn't want to sell to me anymore. I couldn't believe it as I had spoken to him the previous day. Fast forward I bought a house and moved out. Bumped into my former landlord and he told me that Reed Rains told him that I could never get a mortgage and I was high risk. So Donna advised my former landlord not to sell the house to me. Anyway, I bought an even bigger and better house.

We recently had a great experience purchasing our new home with the ladies at the Bamber Bridge branch. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, and made every effort to ensure the purchase moved quickly and smoothly. Alison and Donna in particular were fabulous, and the lady who showed us around the property (who's name unfortunately escapes me) was also lovely to deal with. The ladies here are obviously very caring and passionate about their roles, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I might also add that Donna in particular deserves a 'shout out' as although she does not appear to be as visible and front of house as the other ladies, she was the one who put in the majority of the groundwork, and ensured that any concerns were quckly dealt with/resolved, and all the legal arrangements and requirements were completed at the speed of light. Fantastic people to deal with, and as mentioned previously, I could not recommend highly enough. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Their expertise and advice was invaluable, from getting the house valued and on the market, to organising viewings and working with the solicitors and buyers as the sale progressed. We had a sale agreed within 3 days of our house hitting the market.

At reeds rains we have dealt with two guys that were absolutely amazing, Darren and Chris they have been very helpful, especially in the times we are living right now, with jot many people able to work as they are off isolating or anything else, these 2 have been awesome. I could always email one of them and would usually get a response back pretty much straight away. I'm the sort of people that is inpatient so I did ring few times myself if I didn't hear anything for a day or two but I would always end the call satisfied and knew what have been done already, what is being done in present and what they are waiting for.
Overall great experience, so far best from the rest of renting agencies.

Have people showing up with no booking to view. Asked reeds rains to put a note on the listing asking not to show up without one. Nothings been added to the listings.
Got a phone call yesterday asking if a client could have a second viewing today. I was unavailable and said no sorry but I can do any week day. The client showed up to my house (it's Saturday) asking if the agent was in the house as they were told they COULD have a viewing today and were stood outside for 15 minutes before knocking on.
I don't feel safe in my own house and am appauled by the service.

Property took months to sell because they was getting weekend appointments or days when we was not at home and they was asking us to show everyone around because they couldn't be bothered! What I was paying a fourtune to use them for I don't know! I would never use Reeds again after such a AWFUL experience we should of used Stonehouse because Reeds promised us a bunch of lies just to make us use them! Totally a waste of space it's now sold thankfully we never have to deal with this bunch of desk sitters again!!! AVOID

I have been extremely impressed with the lettings team at the office in Bamber Bridge. Rob (the lettings manager) has been an endless source of support and advice throughout the process of purchasing, renovating and letting our first buy-to-let property.
When we were looking to buy a buy-to-let property, Rob came to view properties with us that were not even for sale with Reeds Rains in order to advise us on the work that needed doing to make the property suitable for letting and what the likely rental income would be. Once we had selected a suitable property, the purchase process and the subsequent work that we needed to do took much longer than expected but Rob kept in touch with us throughout to see how we were getting on and if there was any advice and support we needed.
Once the property was ready to go on the market, Rob had the marketing arranged quickly and within two days there had been four viewings and three offers. Whilst we rejected the first three offers for personal reasons, Rob found suitable tenants within a week of the property going on the market.
Throughout the whole process nothing has been too much trouble for Rob and his team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
