In my darkest hour, after dealing with numerous agencies in the area and countless viewings for over 2 months, I had the luck to find the right property but more importantly a team of agents who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs and help me closing a deal in record time, just a few days before I had to leave my previous flat.

Landlords be aware! It all started off well and then there was a huge lack of communication! My tenant ended up moving out without my knowledge. The last email I received from the agency was that it new contract was sorted. Now I have an unnecessary vacancy.
They also don't seem to do any property inspections as mould started growing without anyone passing on the concerns of the tenant. Again no communication!
I am definitely going to avoid these guys in the future!
