Sophie’s been great the whole time — always really helpful, quick to reply, and sorted everything out perfectly whenever needed. Moving out was super easy as well, everything got sorted super quick and easily with her help. Been extremely happy with Metro Residential during my stay and thanks to Sophie for all her help throughout. ??????
9th Jun 2026 (3 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with Daniel Bright from Lettings. So impressed with the level of professionalism and how quick things were sorted. From a viewing at 10:45 to 1pm, a holding deposit was paid and the flat was taken off the market. Huge thanks to Daniel for all his help, cannot wait to move into a lovely new flat!!
21st Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)Goodwin Fish were responsive, attentive and professional throughout and straightforward and helpful in their dealings. They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

16th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Cleanliness that you have tried to manipulate the conversation over on repose to our previous review that is not the concern we have raised. Cleanness does not make a property suitable to live in, and simply adding cushions or wall decorations does not reflect the true condition of the apartment. Before moving in during the viewing, we were assured that certain issues—such as blind replacements and floor mat will be repalced. However, after moving in on 9 January, we had to report multiple problems within a week, including broken switches, door handles, kitchen leakage, poor drainage in all sinks, damaged drawers, broken hooks, and faulty blinds. It clearly implies that it wasn’t suitable for living and the basic checks has not been done, all the company did is used tenet as cash machine. Most of these issues were not resolved promptly. We were informed that the landlord was “out of pocket” and that some repairs would only be completed after rent was paid. As a result, many of the problems were only fixed by March, after follow-ups from our side. Additionally, the bathtub required replacement, which was identified by building management. While this may not have been the your fault, but the repair took over a month due to poor communication is definitely the agency fault. Bathroom was not used over a month and to get it fixed we have been required to invest significant time from to get it resolved. The issue with the blinds is still unresolved and has now been refused based on the agreement which is clearly a lie from the sales agent as it was promised during the viewing and now we have been forced under the agreement and telling that landlord is out of pocket. Overall, it has been frustrating to live in a property where we constantly have to follow up on pre-existing issues, spend our time and agent try to shut us down unethically. #move in date 9 Jan. 2026 and all the attachment proof of repairs reported on 13 Jan, 2026. Clearly company doesn’t do any pre checks.

10th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less

17th May 2026 (26 days ago)I was renting with Buckley Frayne from 2020-2025. Overall great experience excepting the last year. Good parts: Great service, quick arrangement for contractors if anything is broken. Things need improvement: 1. Poor communication between property managers and tenants, there was once I had to email our previous manager several time without responds then eventually found out that our property was assigned to another property manager. 2. Obviously I was expecting rent increase every year but the renewal price for our last year was ridiculous. They proposed £1300/month for renewal despite the market price is 1100-1250 (I know because the exact apartment got rented out with £1100 at the end after us) 3. The deposit deduction at the end, they tried to charge something like £200 or £250 for year and wear over 5 years wear and tear. I eventually got all deposit back through DPS dispute. In conclusion, if you decide to rent with them, keep an eye on market price if you renew, and keep records of all photos when moving in.

I have been a landlord for 30 years and can honestly recommend Premier RL as they have been renting and managing 3 apartments for me for more than 10 years. I am absolutely delighted with their service.
6th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Following the successful completion of a particularly difficult sale of an industrial unit we would like to say WT Gunson provided an excellent service, their agent, Josh kept all parties informed and was tenacious when things began to derail. He managed to keep in touch with the buyer and ourselves to bring things to a successful conclusion. Thanks very much to Josh and the team. His recommendation of a solicitor was also appreciated.

27th Jul 2025 (10 mo. ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.

Like many others, I am actively looking to connect with past or present tenants who have been subjected to their misconduct for a potential collective legal claim. Do not be fooled by the persona they project at the start. Once you are locked in, the mask slips. Their management is characterized by habitual dishonesty, gaslighting, and a complete disregard for tenant and statutory rights Interestingly, their standard response to every negative review is to claim it is "fake." It is quite an extraordinary leap to suggest that dozens of people are so bored they’ve decided to fabricate identical stories of negligence and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the safety risks. Avoid this agency at all costs. I feel sorry for Landlords who use their service.

31st May 2026 (12 days ago)The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale. Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received
