Roland James have been so helpful when discussing property. Popped in today to ask questions with regards to the property I am purchasing. The manager was very helpful and honest which runs along side how he's staff are especially the staff member who showed me around not one but two properties. She just happens to be the daughter of the manager. Great team... If anyone is looking for a property, I suggest Roland James in Braintree. Honest people selling honest properties...Well done all.....Gerry

Useless in all aspects, members of staff found to be on the fiddle with money & not attentive at all. Professional? More like comical.
There’s plenty of other options for estate agents, don’t go near these cowboys. You will regret it!

Ken and the team got the job done for us during one of the most challenging periods in the country's history. We received our offer quite rapidly after signing with RJ but then there were interminable delays due to the Covid 19 epidemic. The "chain" was bunged up due to people either being on furlough or through a simple lack of staff at the various legal firms involved.
Through all of this Ken and the team kept us informed and pushed for completion at every opportunity.
We had neighbours with perfectly good properties who couldn't seem to get any interest, but Roland James advised us professionally and handled every stage impeccably.
Experience tells, after all!

Appalling Service. I've rung numerous times and sent emails asking Roland James to take action regarding a house they let. Completely ignoring my polite requests. I've now reported them to Braintree Council and pursuing legal options. Stay Away!!
