This review is purely as a potential buyer and not as someone using their services to sell a home or value a home. I'm giving 1 star due to extremely poor communication from this company. For 3 days straight no one answered their Dundee office phone, which automatically transfers somewhere else. 3 times I had to give contact details, why I was calling, and to get told that they would "urgently" have the office call me back and would "escalate" so someone would be in touch since I was interested in a property. No one ever got in touch. I then tried a 4th time and finally got through to Dundee to have no record of me and to be told "We've been busy". No place is too busy to spare a few minutes calling a potential client.... Read more

I am so glad we came across Rosie Fraser Real Estate. Rosie is friendly, organized, extremely knowledgable of the market and easy to contact .Her team are equally friendlyand organized they took great care with photos of the flat and the showings along with great communication via the what’s app group.
