My daughter currently rents a property from s Vance and co and I can not speak more highly of this business, they are always willing to go that little bit further to help tenants such as my daughter, the staff in the office are lovely and always there to listen and help.

We’d definitely recommend, the team actually recognise you and were dead quick to help with anything. We got our deposit back quickly too which was a massive help. Thanks again and hopefully we will get the chance to use S Vance again.

Have to say some of these reviews are a very interesting read and very fitting. To have the boiler constantly break during the winter, often taking quite a number of days or weeks to fix. To have a window unable to close for nearly 3 of the winter months. To be charged for stains in the carpets, marks on the walls and cracks in the hob which were there when we arrived. To send pictures of proof which we took at the start of the tenancy, to be told they are not having a back and forth and not to contact them again. To be treated like a child on the phone, 'hold on so I can put you on speaker phone for the office to hear'. When informing them of their severe negligence in relation to the fire safety of their properties, they simply insist it is up to standard, even when it is quite obviously not, to which the housing authority has been notified. Stay clear, any excuse to not pay your deposit, and cheaply furnished properties. Would give minus stars if I could.

Sid and his team manage my property and have been more than efficient, I am looking to buy a 2nd Property also through S Vance & co and would not think twice of letting S Vance manage it.
