Hilary at the Highworth office /branch, was very rude and difficult to deal with. Unfair tenant charges and deductions. Poor customer service towards good tenants.Will not be reccomending.

I've used Samuel Miles on several occassions and found their service First Class, not only for property sales but also letting a property.
By letting a Swindon Property for more than 8 years and this has been a very smooth process in securing tenants and ensuring payments throughout the period.
Most recently selling the property, I could not be more impressed in the manner this was conducted - attentive, friendly service and achieved the right valuation and sale in a convenient timescale.
