What a tough 10months but I have finally moved into my dream home. I wouldn't have got here without Jemma, believe it or not she wasn't even my estate agent, she was my buyers. Andy and the team really go the extra mile in terms of customer service. Friendly,open communications, great knowledge of the market and great service over several months due to challenging market conditions. Andy was really determined to get us a sale and was practical about the particular challenges around our property. I have just sold and bought my house through Allen and Harris and can’t speak highly enough of the team, Andy, Chris ,Molly and Gemma in particular. They were with me every step of the way ,so supportive and helpful especially when I had problems with the solicitors D C Law (don’t use them !) . Having exchanged on 11 th November I am still having financial problems with D C Law but nothing is too much trouble for Allan and Harris in helping me to sort it out. I can recommend them with confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Probably the only part of moving that performed as advertised. At every stage the Highworth / Ermin Street teams were helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The whole team throughout the frustrating process went beyond to assist. Very professional but friendly. Our five star rating applies to Jemma, Chris, Molly, Andy, Mat, Claire and Ashley. A long difficult road but thanks to all along the way.
