I contacted this company to inquire about a property. Unfortunately, the arrogance and ignorance displayed in response to their own advertisement corrections were challenging to accept. Despite the gentleman's initially professional phone manner, his subsequent childish behavior was disheartening. It appears Whitmarsh Lockhart employs staff with a condescending attitude, possibly believing their vocation holds the highest stature. It's essential for them to recognize that common respect is crucial, especially in a service industry.
