I have been tenant with Samuel Miles for the last three years.
My property manager is Stella and from the moment I viewed my property she has been incredible. I have always been made to feel like i am part of the Samual Miles family, and I have always been aware and reassured that Stella is just one call away if i need her.
I can not recommend herself and the team enough. I can assure you, you are truly looked after, and they genuinally really care.
The whole process from viewing my property, to moving in was completely effortless, and i now have a house that I can truly call my home.
Thankyou so much Stella, I can never thankyou enough for all you support. You truly are the best.

We had arranged to rent a property through them following a video viewing due to where we were at the time and having been assured it had a secure garden for our dog and that it had outside storage as no garage at the property.. both were essential. We paid a substantial holding deposit that has never been refunded even though following a niggling gut instinct that saw us driving 4 hrs to check the property before moving in date saw us discover that in fact the garden was open between the property and the next door property allowing our dog to get through into a public lane that led to a main road or a huge public recreation area, there was no external storage at all, the property had not been decorated in years and windowsills actually had huge chunks of paint missing, the back door had a huge hole in it and the kitchen units were in a dire state.... the current tenants also advised us that the carpets were going as were theirs....
The video never showed us any of this....
It's been a valuable lesson learned..

I would highly recommend Samuel Miles . They did a fantastic job and stayed professional at all times. Was very honest and transparent. They did the very best they could with the current climate. Myself and my siblings are very grateful of a positive outcome. Thanks to Ian and Ollie and the team. Would definitely go with them again in the future.

Samuel Miles as an estate agents are incredibly professional, swift, and reliable. As individuals I cannot thank and praise them enough. With me and my family being in an incredible awful situation, Ian and Olli, could not have been more empathetic and sympathetic of our ordeal, doing everything in their powers to assist my family and getting us the keys to our new property. Unlike other agents in North Wiltshire and Swindon, Samuel Miles genuinely care for the individuals using their services. This personal touch will stick with me and my family and we could not be more greatful. Easily the best estate agents in North Wiltshire/ Swindon.

Avoid! Ultimately responsible for damages to my property, once highlighted partially resolved but did not return to original condition. Did not care or communicate effectively. Awful.
