All round excellent service from Michelle and her team in the lettings department. Harry Crisp gets an extra shout out for going above and beyond, offering to personally go and run a hoover to clear up any debris, prior to tenants checking in. It has been a pleasure dealing with Michelle, and Harry as they have been very efficient, and speedy replying to communications, and helpful in advising on landlord issues. Jon Lacey was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, making everything easy and straightforward, and being a very human contact for selling during Covid lock-down. No hard selling or empty promises, just good solid facts that he made good on.
