We purchased our current home through Savills Farnham and Helen was great with this transaction as it got tricky at the end.
We have just sold that property through Savills Farnham again and they were great at scheduling viewings and negotiating on our behalf. At the same time we also brought our new home through them. They made it so easy and straight forward for us which was greatly appreciated. Quinton did a fantastic job managing all the parties involved and getting us all exchanged / completed seamlessly.

Rory McKenzie at the Farnham branch of Savills recently managed the successful sale of our land. He visited the site and appraised the value of the land and associated buildings as well as the likely sale value of the land, and the residual value of the remaining land and buildings following the sale. Armed with this information we agreed on a price to market the land.
His marketing skills exceeded our expectations, and we were delighted with the achieved price. The buyer of the land would be our immediate neighbour and, during the viewing process, he ensured that we were very much made aware of what prospective buyers might want to build. We finally agreed on the successful purchaser and Rory expertly steered the complicated negotiations for what turned out to be a protracted period (due to no fault on his part) to exchange and completion.
Throughout the process he was extremely professional. He was always polite and tactful and yet was able to apply pressure sympathetically when it was required without being in any way offensive. His communication skills are without equal, and he remained calm and reassuring at all times. He spent as much time as was necessary to talk through points and we never felt hurried. We were always able to contact him immediately by phone, WhatsApp or email at any time even when we were in Australia.
We were very fortunate to have found Rory and we have no hesitation in highly recommending him. We will certainly use him for any future property sales or purchases.

Following my mother’s move to a care home and as Attorney acting on her behalf the responsibility for selling her home, a unique property in a prime rural location, felt immense. Having met with both Savills and Knight Frank, Rory McKenzie of Savills impressed from the outset. He listened carefully, took a great deal of time looking at both the house and the land giving excellent advice on marketing, price and what we might consider doing prior to putting the property on the market to assist in a smooth sales process. Rory’s knowledge of the property market, particularly in respect of the type of property we were selling together with our particular situation made it an easy choice to instruct Savills.
In just over three months from the property being offered for sale contracts were exchanged. The frequent follow ups down the chain and communication from Rory throughout the sales process was excellent.

Unfortunately I would not be so generous on the reviews on the letting side. I had to call 3 times to book a viewing for a property to view, gave my details 4 times: calls and online chat live!
And the second person I spoke to after the first told me I would be contacted but was not. Tom Jennings was rather blunt and rude. Told me he would contact me back with no deadline of when. So I had to call AGAIN hoping to speak to someone else to be told that viewings were already being organised for the following week.
What a way of being disorganised! How many times do you need to get someone details into your system to be told again and again oh we don’t know yet or we don’t have access. DO NOT PUT A PROPERTY UP ON THE MARKET UNTIL YOU KNOW when and where you can arrange viewing it’s a waste of time afterwards and feels really pushing and almost harassment having to call back many times to confirm almost day to day. Extremely hard to call a nightmare!

Never could we have imagined an estate agent who works as hard as Laura. She went above and beyond not only for the sale of our house, but when we were purchasing one.
She helped with finding legal documents, information about the listing and even came to take further photos of our house to help answer the buyers questions while we were on holiday.
Communication has been superb throughout and she was always super positive regardless of the situation, even when I was getting a bit grumpy with a buyers demands. I don't think the sale of our house would have gone through with any other agent. We met most of the Savills agents during the sale and purchase process. Everyone was absolutely lovely. If we do every look to move again, I would always go with Savills.

When considering instructing Savills I asked Rory and Helen for a guide price at which I could realistically sell my house in a difficult market. Their recommendation was made and acted on enabling me to sell my house and find another much faster than I had anticipated. Conveniently, they also suggested I view the house that I subsequently bought and love.
Their client care during the sale process was excellent with all team members seemingly up to speed of any developments when I needed to speak to them. In particular, Laura was brilliant at resolving a few minor post-survey matters in what was a fair and reasonable way to both parties keeping the process on track.

Much to my surprise Savills got us just on 10% above their guide price which was well over £100, 000 more than 2 other reputable agents in Farnham. The way they conducted a "bidding war" was most professional and the result is that the estate of my late sister will benefit accordingly and far exceed what I had expected.
