From our initial enquiry at Savills in Tunbridge Wells until the completion of the sale of our property, we were impressed. Natasha was our first contact with valuation - efficient, knowledgeable, realistic & a pleasure to show around our home. I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills.
We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track.
This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish.
The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any.
Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it!
So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.
