I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service from Savills.
We had got down to a choice of two agents and decided to use Savills because my eldest daughter had been so pleased with the effort the Cranbrook branch went to in order to overcome some last minute obstacles with her chain and keep her sale on track.
This was definitely the right decision. The commission was competitively priced and overall we feel it was very easy from start to finish.
The photos looked great, as did the write up. The team who showed people round the house were on time, with good feedback where they had any.
Becky’s involvement throughout the entire process was definitely beneficial and all your help at the 11th hour to get it over the line to meet the buyers incredibly tight deadline was much appreciated. It’s not easy to go from offer to completed in 6 weeks, but we made it!
So thank you for your professional yet warm and friendly service, which was very much appreciated.

Very dissapointed with service especially when they are meant to be high end. Went to their office to enquire about property to rent and the person dealing with the property couldn't even be bothered to get up and walk 10 feet to see me. Instead they passed answers to my questions to a junior to relay to me. Said they would call me back with an answer to a query later but they didn't and I had to call them. I got the impression that the owner wasn't called and they literally just made up the answer. I quickly found out that new properties get to sent to registered candidates only first and viewings take place before an advert gets sent out online. By the time I wanted to view the property had already been viewed and offers almost straight away. Is that the best way to get the best price for a Landlord? I don't think so. Landlords should be very wary if they think this marketing strategy gets them the best price. Backward thinking sales process that makes no sense.

My dealings with Tunbridge Wells Savills, wasn't the best, I reported boiler issues in July, and by December after 10 visits from Billy from The Mcalpine Group, I become suspicious and refused access, upon further checks, He had no GAS safety Card and was performing illegal boiler works, They also instructed a non trading company ''Warner Hurst Property Maintenance Limited '' what files dormant accounts from the date of registration to install, Dangerous cheap Chinese carpets. When I had reported such issues to Savills, Dianna was very helpful in the beginning stages providing lots of help and advice, to she was told off by managers , and told JAS and FIONA would take over then attempted a cover up.
They shared rude internal emails about myself, and commented on a checkered passed, When in-fact Savills also have a checkered passed, they spent millions of pounds at Garden Court Chambers paying KC's to remove news articles where Savills have been connected to multiple property frauds in the hundreds of millions, and are currently trying to Pay off Barclays £14M in a property mortgage fraud as well as HSBC £11M in a separate fraud, As well as ongoing cases with JP MORGAN and Lloyds Banking Group for other frauds, Savills are also connected to a fraud relating to the Royal Family, but once again settled millions out of court. ( all of the above are available to see in publicly accessible court transcripts & archived news reports )
In the end, after Billy from The Mcalpine Group, attended over 10 occasions to inspect a Gas Boiler he over priced several boiler parts what didn't fix the job then when I reported he had no Gas safety certificate, there was no evidence to support he touched my boiler claimed Savills, infact he had sub contracted work, to a plumber who did, When I had informed Savills of my ring door bell, there position has changed to we will no longer discuss this matter with you.
Overall, rental process was stress free, Faith Lewis was speedy with sorting issues out at the beginning stages, The mistake I made was making a offer before seeing the property.
The Tennant was being awkward and not allowing access, so I went ahead and made an offer. This was used against me when issues did arise.
No one showed any remorse, When several mistakes was made, Tamsin, instructed me in emails on the 19th of December, when I had informed her; her contractors was not certified, I could arrange parts and my own contractor, then on the 22nd of December threatened me breach of contract for arranging my own parts. She clearly has some type of short term memory loss, on what and when and who she spoke to, Why this was taken place sharing cheeky emails between each other at my expense.
This time rather then use my own computer skills, I had to use DSAR requests to access data in the correct format, to see their own internal investigation work, what unearthed a complete different version of events, Staff was dramatic, providing false accounts to contact they had with me, and even Tamsin reported to landlord & '' her contact with me report'' requested by managers, I'm ordering parts for the boiler to her surprise, but it was this very agent what give me the green light and told me to order parts, keep receipts and even give me advice how the contractor I use should address invoices.
Tamsin in emails she reports to her seniors I am very frustrated and hard work on the phone, and she requests to get my number blocked from calling the office, but on viewing my call records its Tamsin calling me, She fails to understand why I am frustrated, Its 22nd December, 3 days before Christmas, I had spent £250 on boiler parts she told me I can order, then on the other hand reporting me and sending threatening emails I'm in breach of contract for using them.
Tamsin is a total embarrassment to Savills and unprofessional to a grand scale. I cant even think of the words to describe my contact with her.
They should also follow a famous quote, Practice what you preach, And before you mention checkered past, please check your own :)

I would thoroughly recommend Savills. This is the second time I’ve sold a property through them and their marketing and sales are exceptional. Natasha was fantastic - very positive, professional and her advice to partially stage the empty property was inspired - I’m firmly of the opinion that this, together with the excellent brochure and enthusiastic sales team, was instrumental in selling the property which previous agents had failed to do.
Becky and all the sales team visited the property to familiarise themselves and took notes so that they were able to provide detailed information and answer any questions at a viewing. Becky kept me informed throughout, was very responsive and encouraging, and worked hard to ensure that the sale went through quickly.

My first choice when needing the help of an Estate agent is Savills. The staff are all efficient, well informed, well organized and they focus on giving good service to the customer.

Our house was marketed quickly and efficiently. Savills produced an attractive brochure and advertised the property such that several potential buyers came to view.
Due to circumstances outside the control of ourselves and Savills the transaction took much longer than anticipated but they kept our buyer engaged.

We bought our home through Savills TW, and could not be more impressed by the level of service we received from the moment we contacted them as interested buyers.
Charles Lang (Residential Sales)/Savills was the most attentive of all agents we contacted - which was basically all those in the Tonbridge/TW/villages vicinity.
Charles regularly called me for 'check ins' to see how my priorities for the perfect house were changing, which areas we were interested in, and to give me updates on what properties were likely to come up, and ensure we got viewings.
It's a long way away for us now, but as and when we look to sell we will go to Savills TW.

Update: we also very recently bought our house using Savills and they were yet again absolutely fantastic! Becky Card in particular was beyond helpful and professional and really helped push the house purchase along with all stakeholders. She was a joy to work with and so happy that we’ve already got the keys to our new house.
Original: Efficient and professional! We managed to get all the paperwork and site visit done remotely and that was very helpful as we were in the process of relocating back to the UK. Mike Churchill was very responsive and did an excellent virtual tour for us of the property we liked online. Overall very happy with the service provided. Only thing I did find a pain was the outsourcing of the reference checks and credit checks to The Lettings Hub as this, I felt, slowed the whole process down and was very frustrating at times especially as the questions/requirements/documents etc. were all required by Savills. Once that was done, was super easy and a minor speed bump in the whole process.

Having dealt with many estate agents I particularly appreciated Savills' lack of waffle, excuses, or pressure to accept low offers. They delivered highly efficiently. Fantastic, friendly and efficient! - our experience was unusual: With just days to go before vacating our house, we found the ideal place (or so we thought). At 11am on move day, however, with our removals lorry parked outside our new home, the landlord relented on signing. So we had to redirect our removal lorry to storage and find a place to stay until it was settled.
Savills (and especially Michael Churchill) were amazing, and by 2pm the same day were were looking around somewhere else. We agreed on it straight away and moved in 3 days later. It works out even better than the first one, and we're thrilled to be here!

We used Savills when relocating 300 miles, from the very beginning of the process they were friendly and professional. Louise Minnife and staff had amazing communication throughout the entire process, something which makes life much less stressful.
The few times we called to clarify anything (as they would always be the first to call us with information) they were always happy to help out, if they were out of the office they would return the call promptly.
Louise is a great credit to the team, friendly yet professional and went above and beyond even providing information about transport and schools.
