Tyson at Bracketts Tunbridge Wells was excellent; he carried out a full building survey at a house we were looking to buy. He offered a phone call to discuss the differences between the Homebuyers survey and a full building survey which was very helpful. He answered all my (probably silly) questions, without making me feel like I was asking ridiculous things! The report he provided was detailed and incredibly useful. We're very pleased we decided to go with Tyson and would highly recommend him.

Sarah at Bracketts managed the sale of my late sister's house and provided the best service I have ever received from an estate agent. She not only handled all aspects of selling the house professionally and efficiently, but also kindly helped me arrange other services that would have been very difficult for me to arrange from a distance. Bracketts have made our buying experience a really good one and we would thoroughly recommend them. We also had experience of their letting team last year and feel the same about them and everyone we have had contact with in the office. A really professional, caring organisation who are willing to go the extra mile to help. Kim handled our purchase and could not have been more helpful, calm and reassuring, especially in the current difficult circumstances for everyone. I am writing this review to express our appreciation for the excellent service received from Bracketts, Tunbridge Wells. Having been through numerous letting agents who wasn't helpful or even want to entertain us with our situation, we were fortunate to be shown a flat by Rebecca Chapman from Bracketts. she was professional, informative, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. Not only has she given us a new insight of where we want to make our first home (as we have recently return from aboard) she has kept us updated throughout the process after we had made an offer for a flat near High Broom area. The landlord accept our offer but I know for a fact if it wasn’t for Rebecca we wouldn’t have got accepted. we were near the process of signing the tenancy agreement, even gone through with the referencing. The landlord unfortunately pulled out from the agreement just when we were so near to the final stage. Rebecca knew I was very disappointed after receiving the news. She reassure me it was for the better if landlord wouldn’t take us as tenant. Within a short period of time, Rebecca and the team was very efficient in finding us another property near the area which turned out to be a real "gem" for us. We have now settle in our new home and I can only say we are forever grateful to come across a letting agents who cares about their customer and use their initiative in finding a great home for them. Our sincere thank you to Rebecca, Janie and Chloe for helping us get through the letting process. We will recommend their excellent service without hesitation.

I was about to put zero stars. Long short story, called to rent a house since first day was added on the market but they was putting me to send email to different people, because they are busy apparently.
Call them today to tell me that someone secure the deposit, really professional I can say.

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical lettings agent. Viewed a property and then made an offer, paid a holding deposit and they still advertised the property. I was told by Janie that other people are interested in the property even when I deposited the holding fee. She told me they have referenced another tenant and for me to complete my referencing form fast as other people want it who has passed credit checks. Why take my money and then entertain other tenants? This is illegal as they should have stopped marketing the property once I paid the fee. They only took the property off the market once I complained to her. They have kept my holding fee of £807.69 and refusing to return it. Rogue estate agents! I will be escalating this further to the Property Ombudsmen and Trading standards to the local council.

Absolutely zero customer service if you are a perspective tenant. Unfortunately I had not passed credit checks so I offered to pay the full term of 12 months in advance which would of cost me £42k. I was told that the landlord was not interested in having me as a tenant even if I was to pay this amount upfront, seeing as the landlord did not want me as a tenant I requested to have my holding deposit returned which was £807.69, to which I was told I will not be getting my money back. I can understand if they wanted to take something for the cost of the references, however keeping £807.69 of my hard earned money is appalling. If you are looking to rent stay clear of bracketts! Read the other reviews!!

We can not thank Bracketts of Tonbridge enough for their professionalism and assistance in selling our house. We went to Bracketts after a dreadful experience with another estate agents. Bracketts promoted our house and quickly introduced another buyer we were fully informed all the way of the progress. A special mention if Janice the sales progressor she is worth her weight in gold - nothing was too much trouble, she dealt with all my very regular phone calls calmly was always extremely reassuring, I feel she went the extra Mike to ensure our sale was successful. All the staff are great and would thoroughly recommend using Bracketts
