I am so glad that my family and I chose to buy our home with Moat Homes. They made a rather intimidating process into a relatively simple one, I felt that they were there for us every step of the way and that they were guiding us, it genuinely felt like our rep was routing for us and that we were supported along the way.
We got this consistently high level of customer service with every department we dealt with from home buy agents, accounts, legal and marketing, everyone has been helpful, positive and efficient.
We got our house sooner than we imagined and wouldn't have been able to do this if it wasn't for the speed and efficiency of the Moat Team, it felt like they had our best interests in mind at every step of the process and I didn't feel like we were just another sale.
We are so happy with our new shared ownership home and the after care has been fantastic as well.
I really would recommend Moat to any first time buyers.
Contacted MOAT so many times and nothing ever gets done. Still have fly tippers, leaving their crap outside my home, MOAT said they will put signs up, this was in 2014 and 2 years later, still no signs! Fire door is still broken (broke on 01/09/2016) and they can't give a date when this will be fixed. This is health and safety at risk to all us residents. The "MOAT PROMISE", What is this really all about?! I am a four star resident, it doesn't seem to make any difference as things are still not getting done. The cleaners that come ever Wednesday to clean the block are useless, it still smells very bad of urine when you first walk in to the block. God only knows who is urinating in here! Poor service, the only thing I can say is good about MOAT is they have friendly and helpful employees working at Dartford when you contact the 0300 number.
Having recently used Alexandre Boyes to rent out our Tunbridge Wells property I was amazed at the service of Kate and her team. The level and communication was fantastic and the property was rented within a few days. Kate and her team put alot of effort into carefully selecting some fantastic tenents who have been wonderful. I look forward to using them again in the future and happily recommend them.
1 Star is giving them credit. The worst letting agent i have ever dealt with. Lied and withheld important information about the property, of which we had to move out from after 7 weeks. I would suggest you give these cowboys a wide berth and go with another agent. These scumbags are the kind that give letting agents a bad name. Let their contractors in without notice, threatened to keep the deposit, bogus fees on deposit return. Don't believe a word they say. Scum
Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end...went with FF on recommendation and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Have used other Estate Agents in the past and not a patch on FF - they seem to go over and above and pulled out all the stops to get my property on the market as I had already made an offer on my now flat and even when my original sale fell through they contacted me straight away and we were quickly back on track. And unlike other Estate Agents do not have the usual Sales talk...just get on and do the job and are upfront and honest...very easy to talk to and friendly...treat you how you would want...and don't stick themselves on a pedestal or give you a lot of flannel like I've experienced before. Can't fault them.
it is so disappointing.
we gave an offer that the agency said the vendor would have accepted. Then apparently the vendor wanted more because of some kind of expenses he had to pay. We gave a higher offer at condition to see a proof of these expenses. I have never hear anything from them anymore, It was a clear attempt to raise the offer.
Even if someone could point the vendor, the agency was not any better. Before the offer they were calling and emailing, asking for documents, mortgage advisor, solicitors etc... Then nothing. I had to chase them all the time. And everytime I was calling I was talking with someone different with contrasting information.
We gave up.
They have been serious with me and they are not even good or smart sellers.
Team was very professional and had a can-do attitude under challenging circumstances. Buying/selling property in England is not the easiest and I don't think we would have closed the deal successfully if the Savills team hadn't been on the case. Would definitely recommend and use again. Special mention & sincere thanks to Natasha & Becky who went above and beyond to get this done...….

If I could give Flying Fish Properties 6 stars I would. From start to finish both Bradley and Natalie were amazing. Having tried two
other local agencies to sell our property, with little or no success, they set about promoting our house with their amazing brochure
and multiple online portals. Within days we had viewings and within three weeks had sold our property. Bradley and Natalie's approach
