Great place for coffee & cake. They also do meals but I haven't eaten there as yet. The cake table is a real draw from the doors with lots of gluten free options. Beautiful building that is a venue for wedding receptions etc too which i didnt realise. Friendly staff & reasonable prices.
I've purchased sandwich with sausages and a tea. Sandwich or sausages had bits of ceramics in them. I showed then to waitress but all she could say is "sorry" and turned away like if that was something that happens regularly there. I still had to pay for the good despite I wasn't able to eat it. Tea pot on the other side was of a generous size and inferior is very causy and catchy.
They Gazumped me! Told me if I offered the asking price I would definitely be able to purchase the property, but if it was a lower offer then I was wasting my time as someone in the office had offered the asking price. They were difficult to get hold of to arrange a viewing & generally unprofessional.
The lettings department are completely useless. I've gone in countless times, only once have they ever actually done anything when printing off our contract. Every other time they just brushed us off saying they've tried to contact their head office and sent us on our way. There's no point in having a branch. All they tell you to do is call head office. Yet were paying them a £300+ admin fee. We're doing all the work and paying for the privilege! What a joke!
The staff are often bad mannered, and most of the time don't appear to know what they're doing. They lost documents we've given them previously. Every point of contact has been unprofessional and unpleasant.
Head office is no better. Called them up twice, the first time their system had crashed, so they said they would call back when it was fixed. Days later we call up again and the single contact we were given was not available. Apparently nobody else could take our call. Again we were told we would get a call back...did we...of course not, still waiting on that one.
Moving is a stressful experience and Andrews have made this as difficult as possible. I will never make the mistake of dealing with Andrews for any future moves.
Disgusted that I've had to pay to deal with this company.
Excellent Customer Service from beginning to end...went with FF on recommendation and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Have used other Estate Agents in the past and not a patch on FF - they seem to go over and above and pulled out all the stops to get my property on the market as I had already made an offer on my now flat and even when my original sale fell through they contacted me straight away and we were quickly back on track. And unlike other Estate Agents do not have the usual Sales talk...just get on and do the job and are upfront and honest...very easy to talk to and friendly...treat you how you would want...and don't stick themselves on a pedestal or give you a lot of flannel like I've experienced before. Can't fault them.
The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, very poor customer service, I had put an offer on a property which I liked and they told me that they would get back to me on the day that I had put the offer. However, they didn't get back to me for a week and I was very disappointed with their appalling customer service. I tried to phone them numerous times but I was getting conflicting messages from lots of members of staff and I was confused to which one was true. When the right member of staff got back to me he told me to wait for longer since someone else was interested in the house and they were hoping the person would perhaps offer more money. He had told me he would get back to me after the weekend so the owner could think about it, however, when it was Monday, they told me that the owner had not got back to them and they were still waiting for a response. Also, they told me that on Wednesday they had a viewing booked for someone else so I had to wait for even longer. After that, they didn't get back to me at all and I didn't hear anything from them until I took matters into my own hands and phoned them up to ask them if they were going to accept my offer but got a response saying that they had already sold the house to someone else and they had already instructed a solicitor. Appalling. Absolutely Appalling. I would of thought as a standard procedure that they would have sent me a formal letter telling me but I didn't receive anything in writing but just a curt conversation on the phone. i shall never buy a house through Freeman Forman Tunbridge Wells ever again and I strongly suggest that no one uses this as it is a rip off and they have appalling customer service.

Not impressed with the service received from Bracketts. I thought I'd view a flat with them and was optimistic to get registered with them due to their good reputation through reviews and reasonable fees. I was shown around and then proceeded to chat with the agent about fees etc and my circumstances. They spent the whole time telling me that I was basically wasting my time offering any money for the flat in question because of my low wage even with a guarantor. Not only that, then said that basically I wouldn't be able to afford any rental on the market. At the end of the conversation that I shouldn't be put off making an offer! I did put an offer forward for £25 below the rental price pcm because i liked the property, and asked them to get back to me with the answer. Its been almost 2 weeks, and they still haven't got back to me or let the flat. Very poor customer service. I would not use them again for renting or buying/selling of property. I have now successfully managed to rent a property from another estate agent, so.. shows how much they value potential reliable tenants.
