Slightly disappointed by service and food. I ate inside but staff seemed more intent on serving customers outside. I had a burger and chips which was very basic with few additional elements and was not offered any sauces
The lettings department are completely useless. I've gone in countless times, only once have they ever actually done anything when printing off our contract. Every other time they just brushed us off saying they've tried to contact their head office and sent us on our way. There's no point in having a branch. All they tell you to do is call head office. Yet were paying them a £300+ admin fee. We're doing all the work and paying for the privilege! What a joke!
The staff are often bad mannered, and most of the time don't appear to know what they're doing. They lost documents we've given them previously. Every point of contact has been unprofessional and unpleasant.
Head office is no better. Called them up twice, the first time their system had crashed, so they said they would call back when it was fixed. Days later we call up again and the single contact we were given was not available. Apparently nobody else could take our call. Again we were told we would get a call back...did we...of course not, still waiting on that one.
Moving is a stressful experience and Andrews have made this as difficult as possible. I will never make the mistake of dealing with Andrews for any future moves.
Disgusted that I've had to pay to deal with this company.
Each and every member of the Hamptons Lettings team is super efficient and very approachable making it possible to quickly build a friendly working relationship.
We bought our first buy-to-let investment some five years ago and have relied on their expertise from the very beginning. As a retired couple Marion and I have been happy to to take care of the overall management of the property but have put our trust in our 'friends' at Hamptons to secure the tenant and in that role they have excelled. So it's a big round of applause for Emma, Mark, Fee, Shelly and Harriet.
Hamptons International at Tunbridge were able to let our flat at the asking rent within a few weeks of it being marketed. The process was handled well by the staff and the paperwork very comprehensive and promptly dealt with - conveniently via email to speed everything along. A good service overall.

Having become completely disillusioned with selling my property in what is a pretty static market (as well as being fobbed off by other agents in the process), I thought that Freeman Forman would be just like the other agents - "promising the earth and not delivering." This could not be further from the truth.
I met Charlotte whilst viewing a potential property and I was instantly drawn to the refreshing approach that FF take with their clients. Within an hour of viewing the property - Charlotte was on the phone to book an appointment at my property for me to meet Stuart - the Branch Manager.
Stuart was fantastic. Realistic, charming and not your usual "salesy estate agent." We talked about the area, the market and what was selling and for how much - not the bog standard "I'll get more than any other agent" flannel that can occur in the process of selling property through other agents.
Having not sold before, Stuart guided me through the process and with the help of his colleagues (Charlotte, Ebony and Emma) I was under offer within a matter of weeks!
Each week I was called with an update and a discussion on "this is what we propose this week." This was a far cry from previous agents who don't get in contact for weeks on end and simply make excuses as to why there has been another week of no interest. FF were innovative in their approach and found potential buyers with ease from the outset.
I liked them so much, I ended up buying my next house with them also! Dealing with the team at FF has been an absolute pleasure and they have made the process seamless from start to finish.
I would not hesitate in recommending the services of Freeman Forman to both buyers and sellers alike!

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with, very poor customer service, I had put an offer on a property which I liked and they told me that they would get back to me on the day that I had put the offer. However, they didn't get back to me for a week and I was very disappointed with their appalling customer service. I tried to phone them numerous times but I was getting conflicting messages from lots of members of staff and I was confused to which one was true. When the right member of staff got back to me he told me to wait for longer since someone else was interested in the house and they were hoping the person would perhaps offer more money. He had told me he would get back to me after the weekend so the owner could think about it, however, when it was Monday, they told me that the owner had not got back to them and they were still waiting for a response. Also, they told me that on Wednesday they had a viewing booked for someone else so I had to wait for even longer. After that, they didn't get back to me at all and I didn't hear anything from them until I took matters into my own hands and phoned them up to ask them if they were going to accept my offer but got a response saying that they had already sold the house to someone else and they had already instructed a solicitor. Appalling. Absolutely Appalling. I would of thought as a standard procedure that they would have sent me a formal letter telling me but I didn't receive anything in writing but just a curt conversation on the phone. i shall never buy a house through Freeman Forman Tunbridge Wells ever again and I strongly suggest that no one uses this as it is a rip off and they have appalling customer service.

Just bought a house with Sarah, Helen and team and it is the first time we have experienced a pleasant journey with buying a house. The team were very friendly and very accommodating.

You can see my review elsewhere on the net, but basically, they promise pro photography (the agent did it) no floor plan, terrible communication, didn't even tell me about an offer that was made, staff changed every 5 minutes ... will never use them again
