My son viewed a property, and I paid a holding deposit while they got all information and do credit checks, none of the info is good enough for them even my info has his garontor they even asked if I've altered my info you could open a bank account with less now they say they are keeping holding deposit do not use these people

I originally rang to view a property in my local area but we were suitable due to what the landlord wanted so I was offered first discretion on a property elsewhere. I rang multiple times as when I was offered to view it they didn’t have the keys and I was told I would be contacted when they had the keys. I have rang up 100+ times, it is next to impossible to get to speak to someone as they never answer the phone but each time I’ve called they didn’t have the keys. I rang this morning as the property was still showing available on zoopla. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude, and she made me aware that someone had put a deposit down for the property. I was never contacted to view this property despite previous promises. Her words were ‘if you were that interested you would’ve kept calling’ I am utterly disgusted in this business and do not recommend them to anyone. It is the most unprofessional estate agent I have dealt with. Absolutely disgusting.

How can an agent who is selling houses or renting houses never answer the phone and when you do get hold of them they make excuses.
Take your business elsewhere if you want to sell or rent it out with them .

Ive been trying for a week to get intouch with you and all ive got is voicemail. Need to enquire about things and some other stuff and no one is answering the phone. So in my eyes i think that is wrong and they need to do something about the answer machine as its been doing my heading
