Tom from Sell New Group helped us find our new home. He was polite, friendly, trustworthy and most importantly efficient and always got back to us on any queries quickly. He helped chase solicitors and liaised between the parties to push things on, and we were able to purchase our house in less than 8 weeks.
After the purchase of our house we had some outstanding repairs that were negotiated as part of the sale. Tom chased them up and arranged for them to be completed in a timely manner, even after the sale had gone through.
I would highly recommend Tom at Sell New Group.

We recently purchased three properties via Sellnew and were extremely pleased with all the help and advice provided. We were very apprehensive, as we were complete newcomers to the investment property scene. Winston was thorough and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to allay our fears and keep us in the picture throughout the whole process. Every question we had was answered promptly and honestly. We now feel more confident to make further investments due to this first experience being easier than we thought (and profitable!).

Having never heard of SellNew I have to admit I was a little apprehensive. How wrong could I have been. A wonderful company who really do care about you both as a seller and a buyer.
Having a part exchange on our home to a Park Home we were kept up to date on every part of the process, both by Tom and Russell.
Viewing were conducted in a considerate way making the process so easy and relaxed.
I can honestly say it has been a complete pleasure dealing with such a professional company and such amazing people. I would highly recommend them if you are considering selling your current home or buying your new property.
