Council beware, this lot will fabricate rents to makesure your benefits cover THERE rents, very dishonest establishment if your a tax payer in these rubbish times.
There greed costs us all in the end, think about it, I certainly wouldn't trust them with anything concerning hundreds of thousands of pounds definitely not.

From the moment we contacted Sellors and lettors the experience has been simple. Cally was really helpful and informative when we viewed several properties and was quick in all responses.
And when picking up the keys to our property we were made to feel welcome and comfortable in the office.

Couldn't be happier. Teresa & Cally have been fantastic for me and my partner. First time renting and they have been amazing. Their experience and knowledge made it so easy for us, they explained everything and are extremely welcoming to us. Sold my house & was looking to rent somewhere temporary. I visited 4 estate agents in Biggleswade & this agent was the only agent that took time to try & help me & fully explain how the rental market works. The lady I spoke with was called Theresa. She went above and beyond trying to help me. Shocked to see negative feedback for this agency as my experience was so good. Really helpful and professional. 5*

Had the misfortune of walking into here recently when desperate for help finding a home. The service was a complete contrast. The younger one who came across like she loved herself, couldn’t have been more unfriendly, unprofessional and disinterested in my enquiry. The older lady was the opposite and tried her best to help but ultimately it felt like they couldn’t be bothered. Unsurprisingly when I turned to leave, the older lady cheerily said goodbye and wished me luck where as the younger girl did not say a word. What a great first impression. Having now seen the negative reviews I can see I am not alone. We didn’t even get to the stage of discussing my means or requirements or what I could afford. It was the old, sign up to rightmove fob off. Even a week later the experience now I’ve had time has compelled me to review which as you can see I don’t do often!!!

This is my second tenancy with Sellors & Lettors and the reason for staying is the way they conduct themselves as a business very professional can’t fault them at all but I single out Teresa definitely an asset to the company thanks for all your support and advice much appreciated…wouldn't hesitate to recommend this letting agents …

I was with Sellors&lettors for ten years, I couldn’t be happier with the service they gave me. Teresa and Millie work very hard to keep customers happy and very often go above and beyond their job descriptions. Just remember landlords can be difficult not only for tenants but for the agents too, I would recommend Sellors&lettors 100%

They were very professional and knowledgeable about the local rental market and were able to find me a property that met all my requirements. They were also very responsive and helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions and offering advice.
