Couldn't be happier. Teresa & Cally have been fantastic for me and my partner. First time renting and they have been amazing. Their experience and knowledge made it so easy for us, they explained everything and are extremely welcoming to us. So helpful, so insightful, friendly & professional, a standard set that we would expect from other estate agents. Huge thank you to you both for all your help.

Sold my house & was looking to rent somewhere temporary. I visited 4 estate agents in Biggleswade & this agent was the only agent that took time to try & help me & fully explain how the rental market works. The lady I spoke with was called Theresa. She went above and beyond trying to help me. Shocked to see negative feedback for this agency as my experience was so good. Really helpful and professional. 5*

Had the misfortune of walking into here recently when desperate for help finding a home. The service was a complete contrast. The younger one who came across like she loved herself, couldn’t have been more unfriendly, unprofessional and disinterested in my enquiry. The older lady was the opposite and tried her best to help but ultimately it felt like they couldn’t be bothered. Unsurprisingly when I turned to leave, the older lady cheerily said goodbye and wished me luck where as the younger girl did not say a word. What a great first impression. Having now seen the negative reviews I can see I am not alone. We didn’t even get to the stage of discussing my means or requirements or what I could afford. It was the old, sign up to rightmove fob off. Even a week later the experience now I’ve had time has compelled me to review which as you can see I don’t do often!!!

This is my second tenancy with Sellors & Lettors and the reason for staying is the way they conduct themselves as a business very professional can’t fault them at all but I single out Teresa definitely an asset to the company thanks for all your support and advice much appreciated…wouldn't hesitate to recommend this letting agents …

I was with Sellors&lettors for ten years, I couldn’t be happier with the service they gave me. Teresa and Millie work very hard to keep customers happy and very often go above and beyond their job descriptions. Just remember landlords can be difficult not only for tenants but for the agents too, I would recommend Sellors&lettors 100%

I recently used Sellors & Lettors in Biggleswade to find a rental property. The service I received from Millie and Teresa was absolutely outstanding. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the local rental market and were able to find me a property that met all my requirements. They were also very responsive and helpful throughout the process, answering all my questions and offering advice. I really appreciated their attention to detail and their commitment to customer service. I would highly recommend Sellors & Lettors to anyone looking for a rental property in the Biggleswade area.

ATENTION with blonde lade age 53-57 she stay always in ofis she it’s mental I’ll doesn’t except stranger in ofis we have 5 withness going to office incide and she looking at her phone 10 min without say hay or good afternoon to customer when tcustomer it’s stranger people not professional discusting service 0 star this company not except stranger please don’t waste time with them we was at wiewing in property and i told to office agent which show me house this house it’s in disgusting condition how it’s possible landlord to give to rent this house and I said Thanks for showing me house and I’m left the property and then house agent make complaint against me she said I’m Danger and she not feel safe without any reason just becouse I told her this property it’s in very bad condition ????????????which it’s my right to give coment if I like to rent this property

Arika is such a lovely woman , couldn’t recommend her enough , she’s very honest and loyal and trustworthy and she knows exactly what you want from a 5 min conversation with her! She’s a real credit to Sellors and Lettors
I honestly can’t believe the reviews I’m reading -_- Sellors and Lettors have done nothing but go above and beyond of us especially after wanting a bigger place . After only being in the rented property for 4 months , I have been able to move to a bigger property And received no problem at all
Please don’t read the negative reviews if you want a honest and no trouble estate agents please visit and ask for Arika
