We used Hancock’s Estates when we were looking to move across town, and they handled the whole process with a calm, professional manner that really put us at ease. The team were easy to get hold of, kept us updated without us having to chase, and were particularly helpful when a few bits of paperwork needed sorting at short notice. There was a proper sense that they knew the local market inside out, which made a big difference. Not quite perfect, as one or two replies took a touch longer than expected, but overall the service was very solid and the staff were courteous throughout.
