He liaised quickly & effectively between us & our seller keeping us all up to date at all times and answered all our questions. I genuinely felt Mark cared & thanks to him we are now settled into our new home. I highly recommend Mark.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

From the start , he has been proactive, communicative, and genuinely motivated to get the best outcome for our family. 2nd May 2026 (2 days ago)Very happy with the service so far. Wellington Evans isn't an agency I've used before but they came top of the recommendations from getagent. I have found their approach professional and personable. Nick conducted the initial valuation and, if I'm being totally honest, it was a bit outside of my expectations. However , it went to show that I have no idea about the local market and Nick was spot on with us achieving near on the asking price in a week. James and Kess gave sound impartial advice on the offers but not forgetting Beth who, I would guess, does a lot behind the scenes. Overall I can't fault them.
