Peter and Francesca took a lot of trouble to find us a new home on the edge of the Cotswolds, and having done so, we asked them to sell our existing home in West Berkshire, which was well outside their normal patch. Peter and Francesca provided us with a very professional service for the sale of our property. Many Agents are primarily interested in securing a property FOR SALE rather than taking a proactive interest in actually SELLING properties on their books. They also use ‘viewing people’ who are paid to turn up at the property to open and close the door, with a mandate not to fully engage with prospective purchasers. Sharvell Property is completely different! Most importantly, either Peter or Francesca conduct the viewings, which is highly appreciated by potential purchasers – as can be seen from their many reviews. In addition, viewings are planned to suit potential purchasers, even if this means giving up an evening or weekend. Sharvell Property are a breath of fresh air. Their approach to the marketing and sale of our property was highly professional and focussed on presenting our property to appeal specifically to a target market. Peter and Francesca are not only delightful people but highly responsive and efficient. Peter's advice on the pricing of our property was spot on as was his guidance on how we could tweak our home prior to marketing to give it more appeal. The fact that Peter or Francesca carry out all viewings personally is a huge plus. We have so often been shown round properties by inexperienced members of staff who know little information about the home they are showing. The Sharvells took time to understand all the quirks and features of our home so we knew prospective purchasers were in the best hands. Peter and Francesca are great communicators and it was refreshing to receive feedback from viewings without having to ask for it.
