An incredibly poor experience renting a property in which the tenancy was managed by this agency. Throughout the early months of the tenancy responses to enquiries were slower than acceptable. As the tenancy came to a close responses became non-existent. As many other have said, recovering your deposit is a significant issue with this agency.... Read more

Beware! This estate agency is a defaulter. I am a landlord and chasing him for ages to transfer the rent amount that he holds. The owner Yil Sherriff seems in hiding as he is totally unresponsive.... Read more

Sadly, months after leaving a property and requests by the landlady to release my deposit which Yil, or Yiltac at Sheriff Estates, has kept, no communication, no return, no engagement and informed the owner that he is not an estate agent any more.. So I am still chasing my deposit.. Meanwhile today I saw a new add by him.... Read more
