My advice would be to avoid Amity Estates. My partner and I lost hundreds of pounds in survey and searches costs due to their unprofessional tactics. Having spoken to other agents and having shared our story I now believe their agent Marcus Brown was stringing us along for over two months. It was a very stressful situation created by a devious and truculent person. After our experience I would warn anyone looking to purchase a property from these cheats to stay away.

Excellent service from Joseph and his team. This is my first property let, and decided to use Amity for a let only service, after having seen their signs up in quite a few properties around the area. That to me was a sure enough sign that they must be good at what they did. I've approached a few of the high street letting agents first, but was not too impressed with the level of information, helpfulness nor prices offered. Our first let with Amity could not have gone smoother and prices offered for their services are extremely competitive. Good job guys.
