Professional, great communication and importantly trustworthy! I've have dealt with very many estate agents but rarely am I left impressed with their service. Reeds Rains in Catford, headed by Pete have been excellent and in every way. My property was photographed beautifully, quality brochures, i had texts and emails for viewings and feedback plus weekly phone calls taking me through each appointment and their thoughts. Reeds Rains Catford branch has a tremendous work ethics. From finding a tenant for my property to fully managing it they pull out all the stops to get me the right tenant. Special thank you to Rachel in lettings.

We have recently bought our first home through Reeds Rains - Pete has been an absolute star from start to finish! We had very little understanding of the house buying process and his guidance has really helped. We have had several issues with our conveyancers throughout the process and Pete has gone above and beyond to ensure they get the job done - just what you want when you're stressing about buying your first house! I have never really needed to speak to anyone else at the agency as Pete always answers his phone and returns our emails promptly, but whenever I have, they have also been very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The team at Reeds Rains are sincerely the only estate agents I have ever worked with who I still liked and trusted by the end of the transaction. Trying to find a new place has been daunting but I've had such a lovely experience with Reed Rains. I was really pleased with the service I received from Hayley and the Team; nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me informed with regular updates on how things were going. They found a tenant for me quickly and efficiently and, because they handled things so well, I opted for Reed Rains to carry on with the management of the tenancy. Definitely a 5* review from me. Mike and his team, Melissa & Lewis have been amazing throughout my mortgage application. Nothing has been to much trouble and they have been answering my emails & phone calls on a constant basis as my case was tricky. I would fully recommend them and I will be recommending to all my friends. They stuck with me for the 9 weeks it took to sort everything out and made me feel positive all the way through.

Just used Reeds Rains in St Helens to let my house out.
Hayley and her colleagues were magnificent, they bent over backwards to assist me in every detail, even though this can be a stressful time they have made the process as simple as can be.
Even when I have called Hayley up with silly questions, she has been understanding and extremely helpful.
The team even assisted me in selling some of my property to the tenant.
I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I have received from Hayley and her team and would recommend them to anyone.
