Reeds Rains in Catford, headed by Pete have been excellent and in every way. My property was photographed beautifully, quality brochures, i had texts and emails for viewings and feedback plus weekly phone calls taking me through each appointment and their thoughts. We have recently bought our first home through Reeds Rains - Pete has been an absolute star from start to finish! We had very little understanding of the house buying process and his guidance has really helped. We have had several issues with our conveyancers throughout the process and Pete has gone above and beyond to ensure they get the job done - just what you want when you're stressing about buying your first house! I have never really needed to speak to anyone else at the agency as Pete always answers his phone and returns our emails promptly, but whenever I have, they have also been very friendly and helpful. Very helpful agency, made finding the right home as stress free and smooth as possible. The staff are all really helpful and nice. The bookings for viewings were smooth, punctual and at reasonable time frames within each other. Callum took care of all my paperwork for my new apartment and has been really helpful with my move in. If there was any feedback to give is to give a slightly faster notice in case of anything important that might come up during the application process, since my move-in was delayed, but I was told a bit late so had to do some last minute planning. Other than that though everything was very smooth and pleasant! Would definitely recommend this agency.

One of the worst agents you can hire as a Landlord. Unfortunately, Google does not have a rating below 1.

They are poor in communication, require a lot of chasing, overcharge, miss important details that cost financial losses to the landlords and do not get back until chased many times.

I am speaking as a Landlord. Imagine what the tenants go through? When I put my flat independently on gumtree, I get more inquiries than advertising through reeds rains Liverpool. This is because they don't return or respond to potential tenants queries on time and as a Landlord you don't have that visibility, so you keep thinking that no one is interested in the property.

Apart from that, they do not maintain the property well, overcharge and delay payments to landlords.

Avoid if you don't want to throw your money away.

When we rented the flat everyone was so lovely, they helped us doing all the paperwork and get the keys very quickly. The problem is when you have an inconvenience, WE ARE WAITING SINCE 3 WEEKS AGO TO GET THE BOILER FIXED, with a 4 months old in the house!! This is insane!!! Actually they came to fix it, after 2 days the boiler was broken again!! Do not trust them, very disappointed!
