Excellent service from Brannen and Partners, and in particular their Lettings Consultant Lewis Dunn. He was brilliant at keeping in touch re; viewings, feedback from these and in liaising between us and prospective tenants. With lockdown, it has been an exceptionally busy time for my partner and I with working from home, homeschooling and childcare, and Lewis was understanding but persistent in communicating with us - so rare in the industry it seems when you seem to perpetually be awaiting a return call! 
While it has ultimately turned out that a family friend will rent the property privately, the service Lewis offered us means we shall certainly return to Brannen and Partners next time it requires letting, and shall specifically ask for Lewis to be our consultant.

We have just moved into our new home which took 6 months to complete, due to a number of complications further down the chain. During this time, Elie constantly kept us informed and gave us valuable advice. We came to trust her implicitly, knowing that she was professional, sincere and forward thinking. Incidentally, Brannen & Partners were not our agents but were acting for other clients in the chain. Despite the fact that we were not paying them as agents, Ellie and her colleagues made us feel that they really cared and that nothing was too much trouble.
We would not hesitate to recommend Brannen & Partners and can't thank Ellie enough for making our move happen.
