We have been helping our Granddaughter find a house for a couple of months now, have dealt with a lot of estate agents in the area some were not professional at all, we finally found a lovely house listed by Brannen & Partners in Tynemouth the lady who showed us around the propriety was really friendly, my granddaughter bought the house, we all went to Tynemouth to signed documents we found the staff to be professional and friendly. Where would I start - from the very first valuation appointment to the call today to check we are all okay and give final instructions everyone of the staff at Brannen at Tynemouth have been kind, courteous, polite, funny, supportive and positive. We have had a bit of a roller coaster of a journey - nothing to do with Brannens but they have kept us on track, being there every step of the way. Cannot thank and praise them enough. Oh and by the way my daughter was also buying through them at exactly the same time and they were brilliant with her - she was a first time buyer and they kept her right at every step.
