They managed to find a buyer for our house which we had failed to sell on numerous occasions before. We got a price that enabled us to purchase another property with some money left over. They liaised very well between us and the buyers over queries we had and kept us informed. My only gripe was the continuity of personel as we had several different people involved at different times and I would have preferred one contact person throughout.

Fantastic service from all of the staff at Brannen and Partners at both their Tynemouth and Whitley Bay branches. We considered a few other estate agents but chose Brannens as they appeared the most honest, and professional. As the sale progressed we became even more impressed with the standard of service. From the first meeting with Lucie to value the property to the final completion, the level of communication and professionalism was first class. It has taken a few attempts for our review to be successfully logged but We feel the staff at Brannens are worthy of some perseverance.
We couldn’t begin to name staff members individually as they work as a team to make sure you are provided with an excellent service right from the initial valuation through to completion.

Where would I start - from the very first valuation appointment to the call today to check we are all okay and give final instructions everyone of the staff at Brannen at Tynemouth have been kind, courteous, polite, funny, supportive and positive. We have had a bit of a roller coaster of a journey - nothing to do with Brannens but they have kept us on track, being there every step of the way. Cannot thank and praise them enough. From start to finish the entire team at Brannen & Partners provided an amazing service. Selling a property and moving home is a stressful experience at the best of times but everyone at Brannens really did everything they could to take as much of this away and ensure the process was as efficient as possible.
We received sound advice during the initial consultation with Lucie, then Nicola came out to organise the sales brochure with great photos and a virtual tour. This was turned around much quicker than expected and generated lots of viewings within hours of it going live.
Margaret and the team did a great job of organising the viewings and providing guidance when we started receiving offers. The property sold within two days which exceeded all of our expectations.
Gillian performed miracles at times to ensure things went smoothly with both the sale and our onward purchase, she really went the extra mile to liaise with solicitors, other agents and a lot more besides.
I have experienced other agents in the past however in my opinion the level of service provided by Brannen & Partners sets them apart from the rest. I have already recommended them on several occasions and will continue to do so.

I outsourced the solicitors separately myself. Needless to say, this was a bad idea. Just want to make it clear, these solicitors had nothing to do with Brannen and weren’t chosen by them. They were the most difficult party to work with imaginable, but Chloe made sure to chase them down constantly, keep me fully in the loop and helped in every way she could. Brannens are the first agents I have used to sell a home. Previously I have used the cheap list-it-yourself type services. Having seen both sides of the coin I have to say Brannens are worth every penny. They have made a stressful process a breeze and that speaks wonders of the team. I would be classed as a “frequent mover” quite honestly and I will only ever use this company again in the future. Every single person was professional and all went beyond what would normally be expected of an estate agent. They make a (quite often) stressful occasion a whole lot easier. Best service imaginable meant we were compelled to leave a review (having never done this before)
We chose to sell our home with Brannen due to having sold our last home through Ellie whilst she was working at another agent. Undoubtedly the best decision we made during the whole process.
Despite having high expectations, i found that the service Ellie provides is above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect, in fact I have never experienced diligent service like it, in either a personal or professional environment. Her ability to constantly keep us informed and up to date made what was an awful process bearable (Having seen 2x sales collapse due to the owners in the onward chain).
Due to the collapse of sales Brannens sold our house 3 times and i always felt confident that they were maxmising the interest and the price we received.
The service we received as sellers was matched by the people who bought our home, the buyers spoke incredibly positively about Brannen. I only wish we had been able to buy our onward property via Brannen, the difference in service we received elsewhere was stark (The other agent made us feel like an inconvenience when they finally responded to our phone calls)
Whilst Ellie was our main contact i we would also speak really positively about everyone in the office, all of the ladies were incredibly friendly, patient and professional.
Pricewise, the commission rate mirrored competitors, meaning its a no-brainer to use Brannen should you be selling your property.

I have recently purchased a property via Brannen and partners, post pandemic, mid property boom and while stamp duty relief still existed even though I was a first time buyer and all of the above sound as though they would spell disaster, but Brannen and partners were absolutely fantastic and without a doubt the most helpful estate agents I have engaged with.
They have been on the phone consistently and helpfully from step one to completion.
Samira is truely amazing and although I can be intolerable listened to everything I had to say, wanted to do and helped wherever needed! She is brilliant as are all of the staff as I must have pestered all of them!
If ever you need a property I would strongly recommend having a chat with Brannen and Parners!

Excellent service from Brannen and Partners, and in particular their Lettings Consultant Lewis Dunn. He was brilliant at keeping in touch re; viewings, feedback from these and in liaising between us and prospective tenants. With lockdown, it has been an exceptionally busy time for my partner and I with working from home, homeschooling and childcare, and Lewis was understanding but persistent in communicating with us - so rare in the industry it seems when you seem to perpetually be awaiting a return call!
While it has ultimately turned out that a family friend will rent the property privately, the service Lewis offered us means we shall certainly return to Brannen and Partners next time it requires letting, and shall specifically ask for Lewis to be our consultant.
