Discrimination all the way... no understanding at all, you can be able to pay for months rent 3x time but small smuge from past and they will disqualify on the spot.

We have been renting property from Simmons for a long time, but we've never had a more committed and helpful property manager as Carla Abreu. Nothing is too much trouble, and no question is stupid. We recently moved properties and kept Carla as our property manager. She helped us with every fix that needed seeing to. She is a lovely,caring , dog loving person. Thanks so much for everything Carla.

I have been a tenant of Simmons & Sons for 4 years and they are by far the best lettings agents I have worked with. Carla in particular is beyond efficient. Our alarm malfunctioned at 2am and she very quickly organised an engineer to visit the property. We have had a few things over the 4 years that have needed to be repaired and there has never been a delay or an issue getting it resolved as quickly as possible.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy and other members of the team through her assistance of my Son and Daughter in Law's search for a property, after a previous company had not been so helpful and had subsequently let them down.
Wendy, Helen and Carla are so supportive, efficient and friendly;
I can honestly say that I will be recommending Simmons & Sons in future.

I couldn't recommend a better estate agency. Wendy King was amazing arranging everything so quickly for us after having another property fall through for us. She went above and beyond. Helen Dance was amazing as well being to help with everything if Wendy was busy. They were both great and very quick with responses. Love our home and Carla our property manager has been great so far as well.

Pure customer service, best to rent with other agency. Not interesting of more business, rather racist to the foreigners. Not recommend them!
