I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Connells. Since moving into our property, we’ve encountered several unresolved issues, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, the agency has been unresponsive. There’s a fridge left in both the garden and garage from before we moved in, and a broken garage door that makes the garage unusable. Recently, the boiler stopped working after a gas engineer was sent out, leaving us with no heating or hot water. Despite multiple emails requesting updates and resolutions, we have yet to receive any response from the agency. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this to The Property Ombudsman. I wouldn’t recommend this agency due to their lack of communication and disregard for tenant issues. If you’re considering renting with them, be cautious – I would expect better support and follow-up from a professional letting agency.... Read more
