Just wanted to leave a review to say it has been such an easy and seamless process to find new tenants for our house with the help of Francesca! Francesca prefers communicating over the phone rather than sending several emails and this suited me perfectly as I can sometimes miss emails so I was not complaining at all; this was brilliant! Francesca is incredibly professional, friendly, calm and just a wonderful young lady to speak to and I would only ever ask to work with Francesca for future lettings enquiries. I had no idea this process would be this easy and it was all down to the fabulous Francesca. Thank-you ever so much multiplied by a million!

I am a landlord and have been using Connells in Basingstoke to manage my rental property for over 3 yrs. In Dec 2023, I used one of their handyman to fix my property. They mistakenly charged me twice for the same service invoice. Its end of March 2024 and I have lost count on how many times i've chased them for this refund. I've chased my property manager Ms. Kelsey Evans about this numerous times. I rang up their accounts department as well. They say they'll sort it out but unfortunately no refund yet. £478.80 is significant amount and they have been holding on it for over 3 months now. I'm sick and tired of chasing. Extremely disappointed with their service.

I have used the Tenant Find service through Connells, Basingstoke with all 4 of my previous tenants. On each occasion I have found them to be extremely helpful.
Tenancies don't always go as you'd expect, so it has been unimaginably helpful to have Luke Harding and his team on hand with their professional advice. I have found them to be extremely accommodating and understanding of my concerns, to help me find lovely tenants with whom I can have a productive professional relationship.
Aiden Hall has been on hand at every stage throughout the process of finding, then settling in my new tenant. He has been excellent - impressing me with his diligence and perseverance to get everything perfectly in place for my tenant and I. I am very grateful to him indeed. It has been smooth waters.
Luke Harding, his manager is excellent. He has been on hand for expert knowledge, advice and support at every stage, and Francesca Jobson has played a huge role in screening the suitability of tenants with great tenacity. Excellent Francesca - thank you so much.
