We were trying to sell our house with Connells last year but we were not happy with services.
Our selling price was set up too high but this was partly our fault as we were happy with high value and accepted.
We had to pay (around £150) for the photos but has been told we would get them back if there is no sell. When our 6 weeks contract finished we have been told we will not get the pictures back. We did not get feedback on all viewings and when I actually went to agency to ask I been told I should be happy to have viewings

I have dealt with Connells for many years now, initially with lettings and more recently with the Sales Team who are extremely friendly and very helpful.

I have mainly dealt with Adrian and Zoe who are amazing. They are extremely professional and have gone above and beyond to help juggle viewings with tenants in situ. Nothing is too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them.

He was very friendly and covered all aspects of selling our house. He was easy to talk to, everything was explained and Mike answered any questions we had. I have been so impressed by Connells Winchester.
Vix has kept us closely informed, from the moment the last tenants vacated our property and right through the process of the new tenancy. Even from lockdown, where he explained what would be happening, to when they returned to work and how that would be managed.
Chelsea has been equally helpful. Nothing has been too much for her. Whatever questions I have had, she has managed to answer and if she couldn’t at first, she got back to me almost immediately.
She has liaised brilliantly between us, the Landlord and the new tenants, making sure both sides have been satisfied with decisions made.
I would not hesitate to recommend Connells Winchester now.

Fantastic service from Peter Baker, the mortgage specialist. We spotted a house we liked and called him out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon to see what could be done. He subsequently worked late into his evenings and we had an agreement in principle by Monday and were able to secure the house.
